Meow-Meow is the robotic cat equivalent of Robo-Dog, created by Mayor Humdinger in "Pups Save the Cat Show".
Bio
Meow-Meow is a robotic cat created by Mayor Humdinger to cheat in the Adventure Bay cat show in "Pups Save the Cat Show". His design is based on Katie's cat, Cali. Since he is remote-controlled, he is very talented and able to perform all sorts of tricks. However, as of his second appearance in the Season 6 episode, "Pups Save a Tour Bus", Meow-Meow is shown to function and follow orders without a remote control.
In the Season 9 episode, "Pups Meet the Cat Pack", Mayor Humdinger created a zapper to turn Meow-Meow into a giant metal-eating monster called Hench Cat. As Hench Cat, he is able to speak and gain powers such as flight from consuming metal. However, if he does not continuously consume metal, his battery drains and he loses energy. Occasionally, Hench Cat will glitch and make the original "meow" sound he makes in his previous form.
Personality
Due to being a robot, Meow-Meow does not have any real feelings or emotions and does whatever he is ordered to do, primarily from Mayor Humdinger. He is usually told to do naughty things such as driving a tour bus through Adventure Bay, crashing and causing damage to everything around it (as seen in "Pups Save a Tour Bus"). However, when he is transformed into Hench Cat, he does not take orders from Mayor Humdinger and creates whatever mischief he wants. The only exception to this is in "Cat Pack: Saving the Safe", where Mayor Humdinger creates an obedience collar to control him.
Appearance
Meow-Meow has a silver, metallic coat with white paws, chest, muzzle and inner ears. He has blue eyes that glow red whenever he does something naughty or malfunctions, thin black eyebrows, eyelashes and a small black nose. He wears a magenta bow and a purple Rhinestone collar with a purple tag in the shape of the KCC logo.
After being transformed into Hench Cat, Meow-Meow takes a much larger, tiger-sized appearance. He has a silver, metallic coat with purple highlights, black joints and claws, and light blue lights around his collar, on his claws and joints, and around his tail. He has light blue eyes, long black eyebrows, a large black nose, and powerful jaws.
