Tilly Turbo is the grandmother of Cap'n Turbot, Francois Turbot and Dr. Tammy Turbot. She's also the great-grandmother of Taylor Turbot. She appeared in the episode "Sea Patrol: Pups Save Tilly Turbot".
Personality
Tilly Turbot is a giddy, elderly woman who has the Turbot looks and behaviors, excitable like Horatio, and somewhat mellow, like Francois. She loves adventures and being rescued by the Sea Patrol. She does not appreciate it when her beloved grandsons bicker, but always manages to calm them down.
Appearance
Tilly has gray hair with a lilac lock, glasses, and comfy beach clothes with brown boots. In her debut, she also wore a life jacket. Her eyes are depicted as black dots.
