X. Thinking about the future

Last Chapter

The day was today for Iris and Eddie. Iris looked at her the last time in the mirror before leaving her room. Caitlin appears behind her with a big smile, Iris turned and walked to her. They hugged:

Caitlin: You're ready ?

Iris: Yes, I'm very nervous and a little bit scrared. I'm not gonna faint by the stress, Right ?

Caitlin: No, no ... Don't worry it's gonna be okay. You're gorgeous and Eddie loves you and you loves him too. When you will walking to him, your fear and your stress will disapear.

Iris: Thank you and you are more beautiful than the sunset.

Caitlin: Thanks but you are the real queen today.

Iris smiled. Then someone knock at the door. Barry opened the door slowly and looked at the girls.

Barry: Can I come in ?

Iris: Of course, Barry, come in.

Barry comes in and see Iris in her wonderful dress. He smiled and gave her a big hug. He recoiled and took Caitlin's hand. They all smiled at each other.

Iris: So you just wanted to see me, Barry, or tell me something important ?

Barry: Oh, yes, I forgot. It's time to go. They all are waiting you.

Iris: Okay, it's time. Should I do this ?

Caitlin: Of course ! You want it right ?

Iris: Yes, of course I want to !

Caitlin: So do it, don't think about these people outside, don't think about us, think about you and Eddie.

Barry: We have to go before you but Joe is outside, and he is waiting for you. He is so proud of you.

Iris: Thanks Barry.

Barry smiled and left the room with Caitlin. Iris takes her flowers, takes a deep breath and walks to the door. She looks behind her a last time before leaving the room and close the door. The wedding was in the Central City's park. That's where Eddie and Iris meet for the first time. He stopped a stoler to take her purse. Now, they gonna be married at the same place. Joe looked at Iris before starting walking, a tear escaped from his eye. He hugged her. He doesn't need to talk with her, they are connected to each other. Joe hands his arms to Iris, she takes it and walks with him to Eddie. The music begins and the guests stare at her. They all have a smile on their faces but not like Eddie and Iris have when their eyes met. When she was arrived, she lets Joe's arms and went on the march with Eddie by her side. Iris looked around her and see with a big smile all the people she cares about. Her dad, Barry is like a family for her. Caitlin, Cisco, Felicity and Oliver are her friends. The ceremony passed like she was expected. They both said yes and Barry doens't forget the rings. Iris always wanted a big party after her wedding so Joe and Barry realised her dream. The tables with lights blue tablecloths, white flowers in the middle and white chairs. They sat at table. She looked at Caitlin:

Iris: Thank you again, Caitlin. You help me to realised the prefect moment of my life.

Caitlin: I will do anything for you Iris. Maybe it's time to you for saying a little speech at your guests.

Iris: Yes. It's now or never.

Iris tapped lightly her champagne's cop. All the guests stop talking and stare at her. She lays her cop on the table:

Iris: Hi everyone, First, I wanted say thank you for all of you because you are here for my wedding. Maybe my best day ever. I also wanted to say thank you at my friends, they help me to realised this dream I had when I was 9 years old. This dress, the cake and this fabulous and magnificent room, all of that, It's by my bridesmaid, Caitlin Snow, also the girlfriend of my best-friend, Barry Allen. Without these two, maybe I would be scared now but I'm not beacuse since the begining, they were by my side. The last thank you is for my dad, he is my all world. He takes care about me and Barry when we was child without leaving his work. Now, if I'm a adult and a wife, I wanted to say at him I will always need you dad, and it's will never change. Thank you all of us !

Eddies stoop up and kiss Iris. The guest stand up too and aplause for these new couple. The party begin and Barry haven't see Iris happy like this since today. When he saw Eddie and Iris dancing, he start thinking about and about his future. He haven't a future like others normal people. His future him comes back to past to save himself. That's crazy but the people he cares about trust him and if he do something crazy some day, he konw they would follow him. Thinking about is future scare him and make him smile. The only thing he know about he is future, it's he is with Caitlin, for him, that's would never change. Caitlin snapped him from his vision of the future, of his future :

Caitlin: What are you thinking about ?

Barry: The future.

Caitlin: And what do you see ?

Barry: Nothing important expect one thing.

Caitlin: What is it ?

Barry: Us of course. I mean, how we are now, together, happy, with our friends. I will give everything I have to keep my life like this.

Caitlin: Me too but can I ask you something ?

Barry: Yes. What is it ?

Caitlin: You just stop thinking about your past and now, you're already thinking about the future but, tonight, think about the present.

Caitlin stoop up, took Barry's hand and pulled him in the waves of people who was dancing. They started dancing together. A long time after, they sat at table and listen Iris talking into the mic.

Iris: It's my wedding today so I want to the ladies in the room who isn't married yet to coming in the front of me ! Especially you Caitlin !!

Caitlin laughs, stand up and goes behind the ladies group. She didn't wanted to fight for that flowers but the fate meddling and she catch the flowers. She laughs and Barry run to her. He kissed her and hugged her just after. She smiled at him. Maybe her past wasn't the best part of her life but she knows her future will be more better than she hope.

Hey ! I hope you love my snowbarry fanfic. I'm not stopping here now. I gonna start a another story but I can't chose between two subjects. The first one his a story about the love story between The Flash and Killer Frost. The second is a Snowbarry lovestory with all the problems about being a superhero's girlfriend and maybe... maybe be parents. I can't say more but I let you chose.
