Ghoul form 2: he gets 8 bone tentacles and 2 spikes comes out of his shoulder his eyes turn pure black in this form his speed goes to high jounin and his tentacles become way stronger and bone like armour come out of face and cover his whole body
He also gain the abilities to shoot small Peace of flesh out his body that exploded can burn skin off its enemies.
3rd form:
His tentacles gain flesh on them and at the end they have hands his speed goes up to Madara's speed he can shoot a energy beam out of his eye and create a ball of blood that shoot blood tentacles his regeneration is very high.
