SATORU'S PERSPECTIVE

I was on another mission today with Shoko, and I had another attack. I couldn't go on my own anymore, because once I did and I had to be rescued by Nanami. That's my fifth in two weeks, and Yaga is planning on sending me to therapy twice a week, but I'm not gonna go. I mean, nothing will fill the crater that you filled. The reason I had another attack is because while we were walking to the hospital the curse was supposedly in, I saw a man walking down the street opposite us with long black hair, the same length as yours, with it tied up in the same way as it was when I last saw you. I stopped walking and Shoko bumped into me, and asked me what was wrong in an annoyed tone, but then she saw my face. She immediately led me to a stairwell and sat me down, where I was breathing quickly and shoving my hand in my pocket, trying to locate that tester. My long fingers finally touched it, and I shoved my hand deeper down into my pocket so I could grab it. I ripped it out and flicked off the top, instantly bringing the spray part of it up to my nose. I inhaled and exhaled the scent, and I felt like I was calming down but the more I remembered the scent and you, the more my heart ached. My breathing finally returned to normal, but tears formed in my eyes and quickly fell down my face. Shoko was sitting next to me the entire time, and she hugged me from the side tightly, but it just wasn't the same. I love Shoko, but I loved you in a different way. And you loved me that same way just as much, probably more considering you didn't forget about me like I did you. We ended up taking a taxi back to my dorm instead of completing the mission, which was probably for the best because I would not have been able to handle seeing a curse.

I changed into my pajamas - or rather yours, but I had always staked my claim on them. They were red plaid pants, and a loose grey top that still had a couple of strands of black hair on them. I didn't bother brushing them off, because it was a physical part of you that I needed. I fell onto my bed, reaching for my phone as the tear burns on the outer corners of my eye stung. I turned it on and subconsciously went to messages, reading the ones from you before.

suguruuuu can u please get me some strawberry milk i promise ill let u choose the movie

Okay, but you better let me choose the movie this time Satoru.

I ended up choosing the movie, and he let me with a happy smile on his face.

Satoru, did you eat my soba?

ohh was that yours

Yes.

sorry ill buy u more

He came to our dorm that night with my favourite, a chocolate mousse. No soba, nothing for himself. Just chocolate mousse for me, and I didn't bat an eye. I was used to his special treatment by then. I didn't buy him any soba either.

sugu where r u

I was just excorsizing a curse, I'll be back at the dorm soon.

mkay luv uuu c u soon

See you soon.

I chuckled sadly, looking back I was kinda upset he didn't say it back but I knew those words meant a lot to him, because he always said it when I needed him to. Plus, when he came back he let me brush his hair, which he normally never does. Suguru doesn't voice his love a lot, but he shows it. I scrolled back down, and I just started typing.
