AN: Whoa! Getting some good responses here and am excited to keep working on my stories. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday, enjoying it with your friends, family, and loved ones this year has been a bit crazy but we all have pulled through close to the end & start of a new year. Now here's chapter 2 and the aftermath for the new red pair in a relationship.
Jackpot's Club
At a nightclub that was almost finished rebuilding despite the setbacks such as a terrorist attack, founding, and the owner was doing a movie. The nightclub was getting closer to being open and we saw Adrian in his casual clothes, being on the lookout for the time being. He was making sure everything was done and checking people out due to being a bodyguard now.
Yes, Mary Jane saw how Adrian's time as the Beetle, made him pretty skilled in hand-in-hand combat and saw how he could help ensure everyone else was protected in case another attack happened. It has been a week since their relationship was moved out of siblings into lovers truly, but kept secret and personal in working, being reasonable.
We see Mary Jane, who wore a black long-sleeve shirt with a red symbol on her chest that is a spider or beetle cross it seems while having it a bit short to show her stomach a little items while tight on her chest, tight blue jeans that hugged her hips, and white shoes.

"Are you enjoying yourself, Adrian?" Mary Jane asked, wanting to make sure Adrian was comfortable and at ease in his new job.
"It's a different pace I would admit but doing good and no trouble so far," Adrian replied.
"Good. I rather have no trouble with this staff before reopening the club again," Mary Jane said, having plans on getting her nightclub back again.
"I figure doing work as an actress and model would be enough for you," Adrian said, a small tease to his girlfriend/original.
"Hehe, and you would be wrong. I also do part-time reporting on news sources and want to write a book about another country to spread the news, the truth to get to help others," Mary Jane explained with a smirk.
Adrian nodded his head and said, "I wish the world had more people and a mindset like that."
Mary Jane nodded her head in agreement and recalled how she was quite Daily Bugle due to a certain owner who was now the major was a bastard. A rude one at times and corrupted but knows how to run a business in a newspaper to now a major of a city. Not many people saw that coming. But anyway, moving on.
"Oh! You never told me who was at the front door with the pizza and leaving some fan letters of late," Adrian pointed out.
Mary Jane was hesitant about that but sighed and said, "One of the most insane people I have met in my life...and I hope you won't meet her."
(Lady Deadpool texts to the author and says, "I heard that! Author you better give me a damn good special toy to get Jackpot for that comment...as I am coming back right?")
Adrian blinked a few times and best to not question that any further, something old that he would meet that woman down the line.
"I see... though it seems a quiet day for my first day on the job. I might go on patrol tonight and see if any part-time jobs come up," Adrian informed, using his words carefully.
"I don't see why not. I might have a long night with finishing up the budgets and can wait for you at home," Mary Jane said with a smile, having some hidden means if they won't be too worn out from their work tonight.
"We shall see," Adrian agreed with a small smirk on his face.
The crimson-haired teen and red-headed beauty held hands, for a good moment and enjoyed the quiet time before they had some work to do. Granted, their relationship from sibling and normal was out of the window into this exciting yet chaotic and passionate times. None of them was against and agreed to make this work on ground level. The teen was happy with this new and to be a person rather than a weapon that a sick bastard wanted him to be to get revenge for some kind of 'love'.
Unknown to the pair, changes were coming that would test them and their new relationship. From an old flame in the ruined webs that a madman was doing, some group of heroes, the rise of a king in his 'kingdom' to come, some companies wanting more power to corruption to grow out of control, and so on. We saw see how this Beetle can handle those...not alone unknown to him and shall become the Ultimate one to stand out from other versions of Beetle before him.
