Chapter 4: Null Sector

Minjun purrs waking up from his sleep looking up at Ramattra who was still up. "Do you even sleep?" Minjun asks nudging Ramattra's cheek. "Omnics do not need sleep. However, we do shut down to cool off our software." Ramattra gets up still holding onto Minjun. Minjun giggles tapping his little paws on Ramattra's shoulder as they walk over to the kitchen. Ramattra pours Minjun a glass of apple juice. "Some humans here are kind enough to notice that you live with me so, they offered me apple juice and pastries." Ramattra sets Minjun on the counter. Minjun shifts to his human form taking the apple juice from Ramattra. "I love apple juice! Tell them I said thank you." Minjun smiles swinging his feet a bit. "I will. Oh, here you go." Ramattra hands Minjun a croissant filled with vanilla cream. "Oooh!" Minjun takes a bite of the croissant happily bouncing on the counter. "This tastes good too! Who made these?" Minjun asks. "An old lady came by...she said her name was Ana and she saw you at the mall yesterday looking at the cosmetics store." Ramattra replies. "Oh yeah! She's really kind, I knew her when I was just a baby rabbit but I got to see her on the plane ride here!" Minjun hops down from the counter. "Yes, she was surpringly kind to me. Usually humans are terrified or they will say very insulting words to me if I'm in their vicinity." Ramattra sighs watching Minjun eat. "Aww...well, I think you're nice even though you don't like humans!" Minjun giggles. "Yes, you are a special case though. You are a very kind person to me. Also, I have no prejudice against animals. Rabbits are very fragile and harmless creatures. Well, you're not that harmless. You had a gun in your little bag with you." Ramattra chuckles. "Safety first! I don't want a scary man to take me." Minjun wiggles his tail a bit. "You let me take you." Ramattra rolls his eyes. "Well...you picked me up! I had no choice." Minjun frowns crossing his arms. "Hah! Well then, at least you know I won't hurt you. Now come, let's get you dressed. I want to show you that restaurant and then take you to my headquarters." Ramattra picks Minjun up carrying him to the bedroom. "You don't have to carry me Ram!" Minjun shouts. "Shut up and let me treat you like the prince you are." Ramattra mumbles. Minjun wiggles his tail a bit watching Ramattra pick out a pair of black pants, an oversized long sleeve shirt, and coat. "Winter is such a beautiful time but, we need to make sure you dress warm enough. I am immune to the cold however, I don't want you to freeze." Ramattra chuckles helping Minjun into the clothes he picked out. "Do you feel warm enough my pet?" Ramattra bends down petting Minjun softly. "Yes! I really like the clothes too, you have good taste in fashion." Minjun smiles up at Ramattra petting him the same way. "Haha, you're petting me as well huh?" Ramattra's body purrs a bit from his touch. "I can feel you purring too!" Minjun says. "Ah, yes. Sometimes my body does that when I feel pleasure." Ramattra sits next to Minjun wrapping his scarf around him. "Mine too!" Minjun gasps happily wiggling his bunny tail. "Hehe yes honey." Ramattra held out his hand for Minjun to hold as they walk out of the temple. Minjun sniffs the air curiously and smiles seeing the same rabbits from his first night at the temple hiding in a nearby bush. "Would you like to say hello to them real quick little rabbit?" Ramattra chuckles. "Yeah!" Minjun squeaks shifting into his rabbit form hopping up to them. They squeak and purr amongst themselves as Minjun gives all of them a nose bump to greet them. The wild rabbits and Minjun happily bounce together as Minjun runs back over to Ramattra. "What did they say darling?" Ramattra crouches to Minjun's level picking him up in his arms. "They said that they'd like to sleep on the first floor because you have a fireplace and they get cold!" Minjun says giving Ramattra puppy eyes. "Well...I guess a few more creatures in my temple wouldn't hurt! However, they need to forage for their own food. I'll provide them water to drink and they can help themselves to the flowers that are growing around the courtyard." Ramattra pets Minjun's fur taking him around the town to find a restaurant that he saw. Ramattra thought Minjun would enjoy some Korean food so he prepared the whole day for the two of them. "Oh I love Korean bbq! D.VA used to make it all the time and her mom would too!" Minjun happily taps his little paws and squeaks jumping out of Ramattra's arms to the waiter standing by the door. "Welcome in! How may I serve you toda-" He looks up in fear at Ramattra. "I made a reservation for two people." Ramattra waved at him. "Uhm...r-right this way!" The waiter hurriedly grabs the menus. "So many people are frightened of me...I'm just a big purple guy." Ramattra rolls his eyes walking behind Minjun. "I'm only scared of you when you're not fully charged!" Minjun giggles hopping up onto the table. "Oh! You have to sit on the chair miss rabbit!" The waiter laughs. "I'm a boy dickhead." Minjun grumbles. "Ahhh, I apologize sir! Please tell your friend that...I'm on his side!" The waiter puts down their menus onto the table running off still frightened by Ramattra. Ramattra rolls his eyes shifting to his human form while Minjun does the same. "I would just like to have a nice and peaceful meal with you..." Ramattra sighs looking through the menu. "It's okay! People may not understand you well, they don't understand me either since I can shift into different forms of life." Minjun smiles holding onto Ramattra's hand. "Thank you for defending me little one." Ramattra smiles softly changing back to his omnic form. "If someone has a problem, I'll deal with them!" Minjun replies looking through the menu writing down what he would like. "What is kimchi?" Ramattra asks. "It's a spicy fermented cabbage! It comes for free with our order!" Minjun shows Ramattra the things he wrote down. "Hmm...pork, beef, chicken? Seems to me like they might be good. Let's try some." Ramattra nods at Minjun agreeing to his order. "I don't usually eat though little rabbit, would you like to help me learn how to eat this food?" Ramattra tilts his head slightly smiling at Minjun. "Of course! They're going to bring us some starters that go with the meal soon so, I'll show you what they are!" Minjun giggles. "Heh, thank you." Ramattra notices a new waiter coming towards them. "Hello! Your original waiter had an...emergency and couldn't come to the table." He says to the two of them. "Is it because he's an omnic? Is it because of that?!" Minjun crosses his arms. "Unfortunately yes but, I'll be glad to serve you two!" He smiles looking at the card of entrees Minjun checked off. "Alright nice! I'll get you those very soon." He hands Minjun and Ramattra some complementary glasses of water walking back over to the kitchen. Ramattra looks at the water pouring the liquid into his mouth. "Now just swallow it!" Minjun smiles softly. "Mmm..." Ramattra shakes his head no. "Come on! You can do it big guy!!" Minjun giggles wagging his little tail side to side. Ramattra rolls his eyes swallowing the water. "This...does not taste like much." Ramattra looks down at the water putting his finger into it. "Water isn't supposed to taste like anything! But, the food will taste very nice!" Minjun replies wiping the water that dropped onto Ramattra's chin. "I do not like this...water." Ramattra grumbles touching the hot grill. "Agh! Why is it hot?!" Ramattra growls. "We have to cook the meat on there! Don't touch it!" Minjun pouts kissing Ramattra's burnt fingers. "Hmm... I'll wait for the food to arrive." Ramattra sighs leaning back in his seat.
