Life Is Far Gone

Part 2

Dear Diary,             12/7/1875
It's me again,so last night I couldn't sleep at all because I was just wondering what does he mean by that,why was the paper crumbled so badly,why was there a drop of tear and so much more questions filled in my head.I started to get very worried for my uncle but at last I sucked it up and went to bed.The next morning I woke up and immediately asked my parents about it.Once I finished,their faces look as pale like they saw a ghost! Then my father's eyes just lit up like there was a fire of rage inside.I was so terrified I just stood there.I didn't dare to say another word.It's so terrifying it was like the room was on fire! Even though that sounds very silly but it's true! Then he took a deep breath and was calm once again.He walked out of the room.I was getting even more confused on how they reacted! My mummy looked at me and put her hand on my shoulder then smiled gracefully at me."Everything is just fine my dear,nothing to worry about.You know your father.Always getting mad easily." She said then giggled.There was a moment of silence but then mummy broke the silence by saying "Must be very thoughtful of William to give you his birthday present to you early." She said adding on.I looked at her and said "Wait,why didn't you just use refer him as-" right before I could finish my sentence,I got interrupted.It was the maid.She opened the door and peeked her head out."Your majesty,the king would like to have a talk to you with the certain...someone." The maid said.Yet again,another moment of silence.But then the maid added on "Right this moment".Mummy let out a silent sigh while the maid went off.My mummy looked at me and patted my head gently while smiling beautifully and said " I'm so sorry sweetie but I must take a leave now,we can talk later." Then she went off.But right before she did she said "Oh and also to make sure to do your violin practice or at least study." Then she left.I went back to my room but just sitting on top of my bed.I was even more confused now! What is happening? Everytime I think about it,just makes me more worried about my uncle.I wanted to study but I couldn't,I wanted to practice the violin but I couldn't,I wanted to do something but I just couldn't.My mind was just filled with so many different kinds of questions all at once to the point that my head hurts.I then heard yelling,"sounds like my father" I thought to myself."Are father and mummy fighting again? " I thought once again.But I didn't care because it was their business not mine! But again I was just so curious and very minute the yelling just get on louder and even louder!I have a million questions but I know nobody is gonna be answering them.I decided to eavesdrop on them.I silently walked to the door.I found out that they were in the royal meeting room.I heard voices loud and clear since the yelling was so loud! I peeked through the door hole and saw mummy,father,the Head of Royal Guards,Royal Guards,maids and a few other people who I don't know.My father was yelling at the top of his lungs at the head of the royal guard.While everybody else have their heads down,they all looked very scared.Nobody even dared to say a single word.I heard father saying maybe something like "How could you! You betrayed the King! You played with MY trust! YOU are not worthy.What is this kind of behavior?Did you get it from my outrageous " brother" ?!" and more yelling and shouting.I was confused because what does he mean by outrageous?and what does he mean like uncle? I was just getting even more and more confused.Then father said "Tell me why did you do this? " I don't quite remember what said was said next but I believe it was like this,the head of the royal guard said "I'm so sorry my king,I am wrong it is all my fault.I betrayed your trust.Please forgive me my king.Give me a second chance.I will do better,even better than before.Please my king give me a second chance.Trust my words now king.I promise you!" He said.Father then said "You no longer exists to me.You are DEAD to me.Speaking of that.You will also have a punishment.Since you helped my so called brother so much then I give you the punishment just like him.Your punishment will be held on the day same as his but right after him." Father said.I thought to myself "punishment?! What does father mean by that?? I'm getting even more confused now! What is gonna happen? " The head of the royal guard or should I refer to as present now? Said "I-I no my king please I beg you! I have a family! I have a wife and kids.You can't do this to me please! Give me another chance.I'll be worthy.I'll be very useful and do whatever you wish and please.I'll do it all.I'll do anything.Please my king don't do this to me!" He then fell on to his knees and started crying and begging out loud.My father didn't budge or show a little of pity.I felt very bad but I didn't know what was happening.My father smiled and said "since you also helped him even when I told to NOT to.You still did so you'll also be staying with him in that same place as him right now until the time comes.And no I will not allow you to see your family.I don't care if your family becomes worried.YOU DESERVE IT."Then the present just started crying.Then they also said some things that I don't really understand nor remember but I was already terrified enough so I quietly went back to my room and practiced the violin.I still couldn't stop thinking about it though.Then night came,my mummy came into my room and sat on my bed.She saw that I looked a little worried so she read a bed time story book for me! I fell asleep immediately.When I'm scared mummy's warm,beautiful,graceful voice will just warm my heart.And her soft hand cuddling me just makes me feel safe.But right after she left I had to write this in my diary hehe! But I will go to sleep after finishing writing this.Goodnight!
