"oh.. um, sorry but, what were you doing in the restroom that made your eyes puffy? You also skipped every class today?" Eunhye said as she let go of Gyeol's bag.
"I have to go home now. I'll tell you tomorrow.." Gyeol was acting a lil bit weird. He would usually tell Eunhye every one of his problems to her, on the spot. Don't care where or what time was it.
He walked out of the school, heads down. He wasn't looking up to where he's going. Until, It was time to cross the road.. (the next part may be cringey, CRINGE WARNING⚠️)
His head as filled with thoughts, depressed thoughts. He was walking too slow. As it was the time the cars passed, he was still walking on the road. Suddenly, a car hit him.
He was hospitalized for a month due to his tragic injuries. His mother was informed how he may have trauma due to the accident he was in.
As Mrs.Han was sobbing whilst gripping Gyeol's hand, she felt a skin twitch on her gripping hand. She uppers her gaze to look at his only son that was awake.
She felt happy tears came out after sad tears. She quickly hugged Gyeol.
"Eomma... I missed you."
Tears came out of Mrs.Han eyes after those words came out of his precious son's mouth. They both cried of happy tears.
Later on...
Eunhye walked in the room with Seonghan.
'oh.. so they really did get back..'
Eunhye sat beside Gyeol's bed. Gyeol just avoided eye contact with her.
"Umm... Gyeol? Have you eaten yet? I brought you food.." those words slips out of her mouth.
"I already ate. Go away. Stop pitying on me." Gyeol's words struck Eunhye's heart. Seonghan decided to speak up.
"Um.. Gyeol? Why would you say that? She's your best friend isn't she?"
"What's the meaning of our 'so called friendship' if she's just there to pity and protect me?" Gyeol said as he rolled his eyes at Eunhye, making eye contact with her.
"UGHH CAN'T YOU GUYS GO AWAY?! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF LIVING THIS UNFAIR LIFE. WHY DON'T I JUST DIE DURING THAT ACCIDENT?!"
Gyeol shouted at them. Making them flinch a bit.
After awhile, they decided to leave Gyeol alone as that was his wish. But why did Gyeol even said that in the first place? Is he having problems at home? What's going on? It couldn't be because of Eunhye right?
