Gon and Ging were on a beach, walking, chatting and looking at the sunset.
Gon sat down on the sand and looked at the sky.
«What are you thinking about?» Ging asked.
«Killua» Gon answered.
Damn Gon really has no filter sometimes-
Ging sat down next to Gon.
«You miss him»
«Yeah.»
It had been almost a year since their separation. Of course he missed him.
«Why don't you tell me more about this Killua guy? What does he do? What's he like? What does he look like?»
«Well, he's really brave and smart! He's from the Zoldyck family, but he's not an assassin anymore. Now he's traveling with his sister Alluka.
He has an amazing electrical nen and he's super strong! But, sometimes, he also looks really fragile. And he looks... he looks really pretty...
He has white fluffy hair that feels like a soft cloud at the touch!
And beautiful blue eyes that you can get lost into!
His skin is pale, soft and delicate and when he blushes, he looks like a porcelain doll! Sometimes he also looks like a cat, and he's so cute when he's like that... he's always cute! Oh, and when he smiles! He has this charming smile that... that... wow...»
«Gon»
«Huh?»
«So your description of this dude is basically you simping for five minutes straight-, no, five minutes GAY, and you say you're best friends?»
Gon blushed.
Ging realized something.
«YOU'RE NOT THAT CLUELESS, ARE YOU?? YOU KNOW YOU LIKE HIM!! YOU'RE JUST PRETENDING TO BE OBLIVIOUS!!»
«I- OK YES ITS TRUE I LIKE HIM!! >\\\\\\\< »
«I KNEW IT! Now what are you gonna do?»
«About what?»
«About your crush on him! Are you gonna man up and call him or just keep your feelings bottled up inside you and pretend he never existed?»
Gon thought for a moment. He unlocked his phone, opened Instagram (pretend HunterxHunter characters have Instagram) and checked Killua's Stories.
There was a picture of him and Alluka in front of Heaven's Arena and a text:
"Do you remember the good old days?"
Nobody was tagged in that simple sentence, but Gon knew it was for him. He felt it.
«I'll do better than calling him, Ging. I'm going to meet him»
«YES, THAT'S MY SON! GO GET THAT BOY!»

Killua was going on a walk with Alluka.
He received a notification from Instagram.
Gon's Stories.
It was just a lyric video of a song. Electric love.
And a text:
"I'll sing it to you one day"
Killua felt tears forming in his eyes. Gon wasn't just kilometers away from him, he was kilometers away from him WITH A GIRLFRIEND!
Another notification.
"Turn around, Killua"
No. No it can't be.
Killua turned around.
«Killua»
«G-Gon...»
They ran towards each other and hugged. Between tears and laughter, Gon grabbed Killua by the waist and picked him up, making him spin.
«H-hey, how can you do that?!»
«Easy, I'm stronger and taller! 😁 »
«How did you get taller than me?!»
«You grow up earlier, you stay shorter!»
Once Gon put him down, Killua stared into the big brown eyes in front of him.
He cupped Gon's face in his hands.
«I missed you so much.»
«I missed you too.»
