The Unexpected Soulmate

Not so normal day

I woke up feeling arms around me as I'm in bed from working my shift yesterday and the day before that

"Alex why is it always you that ends up in my bed every night when your room is right across the hallway"

"Because I don't want Imani getting your love and also because your mine and mine only" she said pouting in her sleep and put more of her body on me to the point where I'm practically her pillow or I should say my chest is her pillow

"And besides your body is perfect for me to sleep on and your chest is a bonus and don't get me started about that ass you got her-"

"Omg shut up already please just go back to sleep and don't grab my ass like you did last time for fucks sake" I said get time more comfortable as I drift back to sleep

A few seconds later I woke up to a nigga trying to break my door down why I was sleeping "Imani if you don't get your ass away from my door and go the fuck to bed you have another thing coming"

"But y/nnnnn I'm so lonely in my room can't I just sleep with you please I won't hurt Alex as much" she mumbled the last part but I was to tired to ask her what she said at the end

"Fine but lay on my other side so if she does wake up she wont be bothered by you being near her" I said tiredly as I flip over to be comfortable

She didn't even spare a second before she jumped into my bed right beside me, and basically try to steal my whole body for warmth it as if she didn't even want to be in my bed she just wanted to be with me

We stayed like that for a few hours, until I started to get hot, and I started to flip over again and again just to the point where it was eventually unbearable that I just had to get up and cool myself down

But sadly, when I sat up, I immediately fell back down due to me, being lightheaded at the moment, and I couldn't see where the light was

Once I fell back on the bed, both Alex and Inami had done got up and panicked as if someone had came in and kidnapped me

" y/n are you ok? Are you hurt?" they said to me, as I slowly laid back down into the pit of darkness in my mind, and went to sleep.

I woke up to find myself in my room alone, with a cold towel on my face and me being tucked in to my bed. When I look to the side, all I saw was inami's face right beside mine, but her eyes were closed and she was sleeping

I slowly rose up, try not to wake her, but in the end, she jumped up and immediately tried to push me back down onto the bed

" why are you trying to push me back down? What is going on? Why are you acting so weird all of a sudden" I said to her in confusion

" I'm trying to push you back down so you can go back to sleep and rest because you are sick and you were running a high fever last night to the point where you passed out. You have been sleeping for about five hours now" Inami said to me

"FIVE HOURS OMG IM LATE FOR WORK" I said as I rushed out the bed and put on my uniform and run out the door before Anami could say anything to protect me from going to work

As I was running, I saw Alex in the kitchen making some thing, but I was too much in a hurry that I didn't see what it was. I ran over the counter and got my shoes and my keys, and I ran out the door running all the way down the hall to the elevator
