dan-bi eyed the boy as they walked to the restaurant. "why are you treating me..? no one has ever done that before."
he smiled slightly, "you remind me of someone." he said.
"oh." she nods understandably.
"uh what would you like?" eun-gyeol asked.
"instant noodles are fine." she told him.
the boy hummed in response, walking into the convenience store in front of her.
hes weird, she thought. she looked up at the sky, the sun as bright as ever, the clouds dappled all around.
"im back." she heard the boy say.
"thank you." she thanked him.
"no problem." he answered.
she could feel the awkward tension pulsating through the air. it was almost suffocating.
"uh.." he started, trying to thing of something to say. "you go to seowon arts high?"
"oh uhm yeah." she answered, hearing that name from her mother before.
"ive never seen you before.." he said, looking into her eyes.
"i have a bad attendance.." she lies.
"ohh." he nods, staring out into the distance.
"ive never seen you either." she lies, she didn't know if he went there or not.
"i started the other day to be honest."
"ohh, thats why." she smiled cheekily.
he looked into her eyes, she was a beautiful girl no doubt , but rather familiar. she looked into his eyes the same as he looked into hers. the tension was insane, she couldn't help but look at his lips.
"uh well i need to get home, thanks ha eun-gyeol!" she ran away, her face red as a tomato. once she ran out of breath, she looked around. she decided to sit on a bench near a store thinking about the boy she just met.
