Kayla has lived in Brisbane her whole life, going on family holidays to Byron Bay most Summers. At the beginning of her eleventh year of school her family moves to Byron Bay, where school is as cruisy as the gentle waves at the beach yet her new life is as confusing and dramatic as a tornado.
