This fic is based off Haymitch Abernathy in the second quarter quell when he was 16 years old. Although Effie won't be introduced until after his games I promise the wait will be worth it and I just hope you guys will love the fic as much as I do. Feel free to comment and vote, I love hearing any feedback and seeing what I could add/ improve on. I am trying my best to update a lot and get chapters out as quick as possible, however I like to make sure each chapter is well-written and not rushed so some could take longer than others depending on how emotional the storyline gets.
