Eliza's POV

My mom and dad had already left to go to work so my Nan had come around to take me to school and I was going to be staying at her house tonight, she agreed to let me bring Dasher as she loved him. Of course she would he is the cutest dog like ever.

When nanny takes me to school we take her car, daddy had got dasher his own doggy car seat so he won't jump around in the car and he fitted it in nanny's car before he left so he sat in the back crying for me as I sat in the front, nanny promised to play with him lots whilst I'm at  school so he doesn't miss me too much.

When I arrived at school I got all my friends to come meet dasher, he loved getting a lot of strokes and cuddles, I stayed at the car to wait for Quinn to arrive so I can show her Dasher but by the time the bell rang she was no where to be seen.

"Maybe she went straight in already sweetie" nanny says as I nod "maybe" I say as I turn to dasher and give him a kiss "by dasher be good for nanny I will be back later" I tell him as he licks my face. I give nanny a hug before grabbing my backpack and running inside to my classroom.

I make it in just in time for class to start as I take a seat at my table, Quinn wasn't sat at the table so I look at Sofia "hey? Have you seen Quinn today?" I ask her as she shakes her head "oh...maybe she's just running late today" I say as I sit back in my chair.

I look at miss Hyde and listen to her as she starts the first class which was Art class. My favourite, I like painting pictures for my mom and dad, I'm going to do a picture for mommy daddy and nanny.

Miss Hyde starts to hand out the arts and craft sets as she asks for volunteers to help, I raise my hand knowing I'm trying my best to be good and being helpful will probably help me on the way to being just that.

Miss Hyde chooses me and Matthew to help pass out some sheets of paper to all our classmates. I place one down in front of where I sit and look at Quinn's empty seat and put on there incase she comes in before I start handing one to everyone else.

Once everyone has one I take a seat back at my seat as miss Hyde talks us through a few crafts we can try, I liked the idea of painting the leaves and printing them onto the paper so I went to the front table where miss hyde placed all the crafts and grabbed a few different shaped leaves to paint

I head back to my seat and take out a paint brush as I paint each leaf rainbow colours once I've finished painting them I lie them flat on the paper and press my hand down onto them before lifting the leaf up, leaving a rainbow leaf print behind. "Wow, it's like magic" I say to myself as I print a few more. Once all the leaves are done I take the small paint brush and start painting my mommy and daddy and me and dasher around the leaves.

"Aww Eliza that's very pretty, you should paint a tree in the middle and it will be like a family tree" miss Hyde says as she walks around to look at everyone's paintings.

"Yes that's a good idea, i'll do that ill use one of the sticks from the front" I say jumping up as I go grab a couple of the tree branch sticks miss Hyde collected for us to use.

When I come back over miss Hyde has the hot glue gun for her to help me stick the sticks on. "I'll do this part as it's very hot, you just tell me where you want them going" miss Hyde says as I point to where I want each stick as miss Hyde sticks them on.

"Wow mommy and daddy are going to love this" miss Hyde says as she holds the painting up "ill go place this on the rack to dry" she says taking it over to the drying rack.

Once everyone had done their art I once again was the first to volunteer to help with the tidying up. I even earned a sticker from Miss Hyde for my helpful behaviour today.
