Here's a new mythical and enchanting story filled with magic and sin.

Let me introduce you to our main characters.

Gabriel-
Occupation: Butler
Age: Unknown
Height: 6'4
Fears: Death, sickness.

Gabriel is the butler who has been residing in the castle for centuries after a mage cast a curse on the royal family, stating that if they leave the castle, they will die. In a rush of events, the royal family decides to flee the castle in hopes of escaping the curse. This is what caused the entire royal family and staff to die tragically. Due to his luck, he had stayed behind to grab something for the queen. When he approached the door, he found the entire royal family outside the gates deceased. He has no master and therefore is tasked with caring for the castle until a new ruler is instated. He hasn't aged a day since the royal family died due to the curse that keeps time still, forever, in an unforgiving winter.

Ophelia Turner-
Occupation: Ex barmaid
Age: 19
Height: 5'4
Fears: Commitment, Isolation, The Dark

Ophelia is a 19-year-old orphan who lost her parents when she was an infant. She has no recollection of how they died, and there are no records of her family. She's been living in an orphanage until they finally kicked her out to live on her own. She was working in pubs from the age of 18 and offered a place to sleep in the basement of the pub. When attacked by a group of men on a strangely cold summer night, Ophelia finds herself in a forest to escape. When she's sure she isn't being followed, she stops and realizes she's lost. But what scares her even more is the heavy snow falling from the sky. She tries to find her way out, but after hours, she slowly starts to give up as her limbs grow limp from the low temperature. Suddenly, she finds a long rugged stone path and follows it for miles until she reaches a large castle. Before she can take another step through the giant gate, she collapses. When she awakes, she finds herself asleep on a couch, wrapped in warm linen by a fireplace, and can hear a faint violin playing. She follows it, and it slowly crescendos until she finds herself in a large ballroom, a man in suit and apron in front of her.

There WILL be some Italian in the story, the characters are NOT Italian. (Unless you want them to be.)
