Part 9

Ochaco Uraraka PoV

One last day until we go back to school, today I'm meeting up with my classmates so we could get organised for tomorrow. Although I don't think deku, sero and Denki are coming, they said they were busy. We're all meeting at the dorms so we can start to unpack our things, then we were going to go through our note books and revise some material. I start walking towards the dorms and open the door when I arrive.

Mina: "oh hey Uraraka!"

Uraraka: "hi Mina, who else is here? Or is it just us?"

Mina: "Momo is helping kirishima organise his room, Jiro is unpacking her things since she just got here, mineta has been locked in his room by Bakugo who is in the gym, tsu, koda, sato, ojiro and hagakure went out to get food. Pretty much everyone apart from Deku, sero and Denki are here but they're all in their rooms."

Uraraka: "okay, I'm gonna unpack then I'll meet you out here." Mina nods and just goes back on her phone. It takes me about 30 minutes to unpack. I open the door and I hear commotion coming from the common rooms. I run to see what's happened. Aizawa is there, he's telling everyone to go down into the safe rooms. "What's happened?"

Aizawa: "we're not sure but we think it has something to do with AFO, it's like dawn of the dead out there. People eating other people, but they keep coming back. Hero's are out there are trying to save civilians. Endeavor and hero's with fire quirks are burning the threats but it's practically impossible to do that without saving the civilians but we have to check each civilian for a bite before saving them. Me and other hero's with a UA class have been told to get everyone to safety."

Kirishima: "but tsu, ojiro, koda, sato and hagakure aren't back yet and sero, denki and midoria are out there aswell. We have to get them" Aizawa smiles.

Aizawa: "I knew you would say that. Come on let's go find everyone, but stay close." We all leave the dorms, despite the orders Aizawa was given. We find tsu, ojiro, koda, sato and hagakure after a while but when we go to where deku lives we found nothing but chaos. Aizawa knew where he lived because of the school records. We make his way up to dekus apartment. Aizawa knocks on the door. Surprisingly none of the zombies made it in the building, The front door was locked so we went I through the roof. A elderly woman opens the door.

Miss haruma: "hello, how may I help."

Aizawa: "sorry is this the home of Izuku midoria?"

Miss haruma: "ah izuku, no I'm not his mother I'm his neighbour. I allowed him to put my address on the school system because if you ever sent letters or emails to his mother..... it wouldn't be good. If you want to talk to his mother then she's probably at a club or getting fucked in an alleyway. If you want izuku then he's probably with his friends, normally they're at the shop it's just down the street. The name is 'D's inks'."

Bakugo: "what? I've met his mom! She's literally perfect."

Miss haruma: "you saw the perfectly constructed inko midoria, I saw the slut that made her oldest son that lived with her take care of 4 other children, I saw the woman who through her children out of the apartment in the middle of the night, the woman who couldn't even get a job, the woman who let izuku support the entire family, the woman who made him become a hero! If he had the option he wouldn't even be a hero. Now excuse me but I have to find my family, they're out there somewhere." The woman goes past us.

Uraraka: "D's inks? That's a tattoo shop."

Tsu: "we need to get him before anything else happens" we try to go towards the shop but we end up not going since it's overtaken by zombies. We try to find Denki and sero but their houses are piles of ash. Aizawa rushes us all back to the dorms and into the safe room. When we get in there everyone finds a space to sit. We just sit in silence, we hear screams from outside, screams of people that are most-likely infected and if we let them in then we will be infected too.

Jiro: "holy shit..." she breaks the silence. "They're dead, sero. Denki. Midoria. Civilians. Children. Our parents. All of those lives just gone." Jiro begins crying and Momo try's to console her.

Aizawa: "okay....you guys are going to get through this, you're all strong enough to over come this. From the day you signed up to be hero's did you think it was going to be easy? Did you think that there wasn't going to be moments when you lost ones closest to you? I know that you didn't think it was going to be this soon, I didn't either but we can't redo what's happened. You just have to keep moving forward." His voice is shaking as he says that. I knew I was going to lose people but I didn't think it's was going to be him, I didn't think that izuku would die, let alone like this.

Eventually we leave the bunker and we see the damage. Rotting corpses all over the streets, they're all still moving. We get food and water then go back to the bunker. During the days we look around and try to find people who survived. We take them to UA, which we use as a safe space, months go by and we continue to live this way while adapting to this new way of living. One day we run into the LOV.

Sero: "AIZAWA! YOOO DENKI THESE IDIOTS SURVIVED!" Sero and Denki come towards us. Their on skateboards, as they come closer I see markings on them- tattoos.

Aizawa: "sero, Denki. Get away from them!"

Denki: "Aizawa, don't worry they cool. They were just scared to see what would happen if they went against AFO, they didn't have a choice about all this. Plus they're helping clean up the city."

Aizawa: "doesn't excuse them from the things they've done"

Shigaraki: "please we promise that we can change for the better. After this is all over you can do whatever you need to do but let us help." It takes us a year until everything returned to 'normal' but they went against their word once everything was in order they vanished. Sero and Denki told us that izuku was with them but he left. They refused to tell us where he went but they said that he hasn't changed his number so we can contact him in emergencies.

Years go by and society starts to heal. It's been 15 years since izuku midoria went missing. We're planning to open UA again, we didn't have a need for it earlier but now that the crime rate starts to slowly rise again and more and more villains form we decided it's become necessary. Allmight told us about izukus quirk. That he passed OFA down to him so we were planning to message izuku about whether he found a successor to attend UA. I was tasked to send the message, it's a video message and allmight will be with me.

Uraraka: "hi deku! It's me Uraraka and allmight. Basically we are going to be opening UA again and we were wondering if you have a successor yet or if you want to teach at UA. The villain rate is rising again which is why we need to open UA soon so we can raise the next generation of hero's, please respond to us so we can discuss a date for us to meet up if you want to teach or you have a successor." I send the video to izukus number and everyone waits for a reply. Then after a bit I put my phone down. It vibrates.

Izuku text: "I have a successor. How's Saturday for you guys?" Aizawa nods at text.

Uraraka text: "we're all free, meet us at UA in our old home room"

Izuku text: "k"

Izuku midoria POV

I received a video message from Uraraka, it was about my successor and opening UA. My successor is Izumi, I told her stories about hero's when she was younger, I asked sero to find my old notebooks to give her. She loves hero's. That's why when I told her about OFA she immediately wanted to be my successor, I agreed to it thinking that if I trained her enough she wouldn't get as hurt as I did. When I gave it to her she could manage 20% without breaking anything, then she kept getting better at controlling it. She had a quirk before OFA, a fire quirk. Her quirk is called fire whip, it's just a normal fire quirk but it's like black whip, she can do more things with it and she has more control over it aswell. I was in the garden, fixing my motor bike with Izumi when I got the text.

Izumi: "hi dad!..is something wrong?"

Izuku: "hiya baby girl, nothings wrong, they're opening UA again, my old classmates want to meet my successor. This Saturday."

Izumi: "Awsome! So I get to meet hero's!"

Izuku: "yep, I think uncle Denki and sero are going to be there too. They said they're going to be teaching there. Now wanna keep learning how to fix a motorcycle?"

Izumi: "YES! Then will you teach me how to drive it?"

Izuku: "maybe tomorrow I'll teach you, if you can fix it properly"
