AT SEVEN IN evening, Eldrew pulled his motorcycle, following Meagan who was drawing her car and lurked it to park permanently for the night. Eldrew dismounted his motorcycle imitating Maya and Meagan who were ducking togetherly out of the car. It was Maya who dashed to the and tugged the trunk open, rummaging through it. Eldrew removed his helmet but never placed it anywhere, rather holding it with him. Eldrew shut the engine of his motorcycle by turning the key, tugging and tucking it into his pocket.
From a few steps from them, still in the exclusive parking lot of the resort John Turner had rented for the night, three cars drew to the driveway and rolled over to the parking lot, idling to park permanently.
The first car was a Chevrolet that had a metallic yellowish colors and tented windows and windshield. The door of the driver's seat clicked open and Joshua submerged from there. He was wearing a green silly sweatpants, a dark pink shirt, a pair of white Converse rubber shoes and red backpack hung on his back. While a lady, who was in her early twenties emerged from the passenger seat. She was a wearing a pair of pink Havaianas slippers, a skimpy pink pencil skirt, a tank top and her hair was tucked behind her head in a ponytail.
A few feet from them, a blue Ford EcoSport car pulled and parked before the driver's door swung open. Rigorously, Charlie slid off the driver's seat and straightened his posture while wandering his gaze around the facade of the resort. He was in a pair of gray cargo pants, a pair of black Converse rubber shoes, black shirt, a black sports cap engulfed half of his head, and a white backpack that was so asymmetrical to his overall appearance. From the passenger seat, a woman in her late teen materialized and walked towards the driver's seat, entangling herself to Charlie. She in a pair of silver Old Navy slippers, a skimpy blue polka dots white dress with a pencil skirt, and an eyeshades that made her look silly, wearing one to a nighttime pool party.
Looking at Charlie's girl, Maya and Meagan pursed their lips, fighting the temptation to laugh. Eldrew, who was standing behind them, suffocated a chuckle by grinning faintly.
Then the last car pulled just right beside Charlie's car.
A metallic silver Morris Garages heaved and the Jeremy climbed off the driver's seat with a dreadful enormous confidence, smirking at his friends and their partners. He appeared to be absurd as he was wearing all white; from shirt, jeans, shoes and sports cap and even backpack. Not so surprisingly, a lady floated out of the passenger seat – all nothing but white matching with her boyfriend perhaps, Jeremy. The girl gaited with unbelievable iota of confidence towards Jeremy, and hung herself around him.
Eldrew gulped thickly, bobbing his Adam's apple and cleared his throat, gaining all the attention of his friends and their partners. “I would like to remind you that we haven't had dinner yet.” Then a growling sound was overheard. “And you beard it. My tummy has spoken.”
Upon hearing Eldrew's growling tummy, Meagan whirled at him. “There are two separate restaurants inside.” She gestured wielding her hand to the sentence. “The first one offers European dishes and dad has already reserved it for them and his…” she sighed wearily. “You know.” She shrugged. “About to be girlfriend.”
Eldrew rambunctiously clasped his hands in his side with unreadable ashen looks. “And what about the other one? What it offers?” He cleared his throat. “I mean what enthusiastical or cultural dishes it offers?” He asked then smiled and rebuked his last sentence. “I don't mind anyway what variety of dishes they offer.”
Maya giggled quietly as Eldrew blushed at his own foolishness that drew his own embarrassment. Though she was a lesbian and had no interest to a guy, she still could not help herself from being enchanted by Eldrew. “The remaining restaurant, Meagan reserved it for us earlier. They offer Asian dishes which…” she drifted off and tugged Meagan into hug. “Our favorite.”
