Georgia’s P.O.V:
Once the previous events had took place we had all lost the party mood, and really didn’t feel like enjoying ourselves. Jaymi is a very sensitive person and hated seeing people sad; after seeing the argument and Josh in the state that he was he was extremely quiet. As his best friend I tried to cheer him up but nothing seemed to be working, he sat in the hotel room, perched on the edge of a wooden chair in silence.
“I think we’d better get home, Jaymi isn’t really in the mood for a good time’ Olly left with Jaymi linked on his arm, leaving me, Meg, Jess, George, JJ and Tasha at the hotel.
I felt a little left out at the hotel as all the couple were together, so me and Meg spoke for a while about what had happened with Josh. JJ and Tasha spent hours cuddling together (still in shock) saying how they would never do that to each other, Tasha couldn’t help but feel guilty as it was her who Josh hugged in the first place. George and Jess were obviously feeling a little tense as the atmosphere in their hotel room wasn’t great. It was also quite late and slouching around made us all even more tired.
Meg decided she was going to head back to her room as it was late and she needed to get some rest. I also left then as I didn’t want to be left on my own without Meg or Jaymi.
Tasha’s P.O.V:
I felt so guilty about what had gone on with Josh and I was praying everything was going to be ok with him. I don’t know what was going on with him and Kimberley but from what had happened earlier on I’m certain those two are going through a rough stage in their relationship. At the start of their relationship Kimberley was such a caring person and was always so lovely to the press, fans and Josh, but over the past month (since Union J have started to become bigger) she has changed.
JJ was being great about it though and held me even tighter to make me feel better. I sighed every time I thought about it which lead to JJ planting sweet kisses of neck. He was such a gentleman and treated me like such a princess.
Jess’ P.O.V:
“HEY YOU TWO GET A ROOM!” George giggled at JJ and Tasha whilst we sat on his bed. George was dressed in his money onesie which kept me so warm when he gave me hugs. George’s cuddles were the best; so tight and warm.
George was a little depressed about what had happened to Josh. He had never seen him so upset since being with Kimberley but he wasn’t going to bring himself down about it, after all it was Josh’s business not his.
It came to 1am and I was extremely tired. I rested my head on George’s chest and my eyes began to close. “Ooo, I’m so gorgeous but I gotta get up to say goodbye to JJ.” George lifted me up carefully and I fell asleep straight to sleep on the bed.
Josh’s P.O.V:
I didn’t want to wake up after last night’s drama. I didn’t want to go back to Kimberley. After sleeping I was sure that I was going to break up with her. Maariyaah told me the boys had been asking if I was ok, in which she told them I was; we didn’t want them to worry over nothing. I got myself showered and changed into some spare clothes which Maariyaah thankfully kept for all of us boys. I was just about to leave the hotel and break the news to Kimberley when Maariyaah sat me down telling me she needed to talk to me.
“Have you checked your texts Josh?”
“No…Why?”
“Check them Josh. I read one last night which I think you might want to see”
I got out my phone and found the text from Kimberley which I presumed Maariyaah read. All I could do was shake my head. She did this every time she wanted me back. It was over and she needed to realise this.
“No, Maariyaah. Me and her are over. There’s got to be someone else out there who’s ten times as amazing as Kimberley. I thought she was the one but she has changed too quickly for my liking.”
Maariyaah jumped up and threw her arms around me. “Josh this is the best decision you’ve made for yourself.” I knew Maariyaah and when saying ‘by yourself’ she was joking.
So I left the hotel room and went to the lobby to check out. Someone tapped on my shoulder to tell me I had dropped my wallet. I turned round and the girl looked familiar, yet even more beautiful. Her brown eyes caught my attention, and her friendly smiled allowed me to smile back at her.
“You dropped your wallet.” Was the first thing she said to me.
“Oh god, sorry, thank you for giving it back! Lucky no-one else picked it up, they might not have given it back!”
“Haha, wait aren’t you Josh Cuthbert?”
“I am, aren’t you the girl I spoke to last night at the Brits? You sat on Little Mix’s table right?”
“Yeh, I did. Hi, I’m Martha”
“Hi Martha, nice to meet you properly. Now about this wallet incident…Fancy meeting up sometime so I can repay the favour?”
She nodded and we exchanged numbers.
