Chapter One

I woke up to someone shaking me. I open my eyes and saw that my brother the one and only Joe Panik. "What do you want?" "For you to get up,because I need to go to practice M." "Fine and says the guys who is in PJ's." "Shut up!" Then he went over to my closet and picked out my clothes. "You do know that I can pick my own clothes right?" "Yeah I know it's just that I want to picked them out." "Um ok then." Then he handed me my clothes then I went to brush my teeth. After that I took a shower. Then once I was done I got dressed into a dark red tank top that said Nerd on it, and skinny jeans. Then I headed down stairs with my phone in my hand. "Eat up." Joe said as he handed me a plate of eggs, bacon and toast.
"Ok." Then I sat down and basically scarfed it down. Then I went over to the couch and went on my phone. After a while Joe came down. "You ready to go?" "Yeah just let me put my shoes on." Then I got my black vans and my black and teal blue SnapBack that said 'I love haters!' Then I put it on backwards. After that I grabbed my black hoodie and headed out the door to the car. Then Joe came and we headed to the stadium. Once we got there we headed inside and went to then I sat in dugout while Joe went to go get ready for practice. Then all of a sudden I heard my name being called so I looked out over the field and saw Sam running towards me. So I got up and ran out to the mound and waited for her. Then she finally stopped running and caught her breath when she stopped In front of me. "Sam What the hell? Why where you running and where did you come from?" I asked as I put a hand on her shoulder. "I have a surprise for you and I came from the regular entrance." "Oh ok then what's the surprise?" "Come and I'll show you." "Ok let me just tell Joe then we can go." "Ok." Then I headed back to the dugout and saw joe coming up the stairs so I went over to him. "Hey Joe I'm heading out with sam I'll be back for your game though." "Ok have fun but be back in time!" "Will do." Then I walked out of the dug out and to the mound. Then I took Sam's hand and ran out of the stadium to the entrance. Once we were out we went to the parking lot and headed to her car. Then we stopped half way. "Why did we stop?" "You can't see the surprise and close your eyes." "Sam?" "Just close your eyes I'll lead the way." "Fine." Then I closed my eyes and Sam grabbed my hand and we started walking. After a while we stopped. "Are we here yet?" "Yeah open your eyes!" Then I opened my eyes and saw someone that I didn't think I would see in a long time. "Kevin!!!" I said as I ran to him and jumped into his arms to give him a hug. Kevin is her best friend since high school and they also went to college together he's also My best friend as well."Hey Mercy!!" "God I missed you Kevin!!" "I missed you too!" He said as he pulled away from the hug. "What are you doing here?" "I'm here on my break and I called up sam!" Then I turned to Sam. "You did all of this?" "Yeah." Then I went over to her and hugged her. Then after we all talked and stuff we went out to a skate park and then went to go eat. Then we said bye to Kevin because he had to go back to his hotel and unpack. Then we headed back to the stadium and sat in the dug out. After the game The guys went to freshen up. Then Buster came up the stairs and saw me. "Hey Mercy!" I then looked up from my phone. "Hey Posies!!" "I need to ask you something." "Sure what is it?" "I was wondering if you wanted to go to dinner?" I slight blushed and smiled. "Like a date?" "Yeah like a date only if you want to go." He said in a nervous voice. I then giggled at his cuteness and nervousness. "I'd love too Buster." Then he smiled. "Ok so what time do you want me to pick you up?" "Well you have a game tomorrow." "Right." "How about 6:30?" "Perfect I'll pick you up at 6:30 then!" "Yeah I'll see you Buster." "Ok bye Mercy." "Bye Buster." Then he walked out of the stadium. Then I sat back down and smiled widely as I went on my phone. After a while Joe came out of then locker room. "Hey you ready to go?" "Yeah let's go." Then we left and headed back to the house. Then as we drove home I was smiling and Joe noticed. "What are you smiling about?" I tensed up at his question I couldn't tell him that I was going on a date with Buster! Who is also his best friend. "I saw Kevin today!" "Oh Sam's friend?" "Yeah that's him." "Ok." Then we parked and went inside the house. Then we watched tv after a while fell asleep on Joe's shoulder. Then I felt someone lifting me up but I didn't open my eyes and drifted into a deep sleep.
