Chapter Two

I woke up to my alarm that was playing one of my favorite songs which was love me again by John Newman, and saw that is was 7:30 so I got up went and did my morning routine and got dressed into a Gray and yellow batman t-shirt a black skirt and my black Jordan's. Then I headed downstairs to eat breakfast. When I did I saw Joe sitting on the island eating cereal while on his phone. Then I laughed as I remembered the commercial with Ryan Vogelsong how he got mad and how he threw his cereal. Then Joe looked at me like I was crazy which I was a little. "What are you laughing at?" "I was laughing at the commercial with Vogey in it the one where he was mad and threw his cereal." "Oh that one and what are you wearing?" "Um it my normal clothes why?" "Eh nothing it's just missing something." "That is?" "This." He said as he but on my black and white Obey SnapBack on backwards. "You know me so well don't you?" "Well yeah!" Then I ate breakfast while Joe went to go get ready. After I was done I texted Buster.
To Buster: "Hey you on your way to the ballpark?"
From Buster: "Yeah almost but I'm going to grab something from Dunkin Donuts want anything?"
To Buster: "If it's not to much trouble can you get me a chocolate donut and a small ice coffee?"
From Buster: "Not at all is that it?"
To Buster: "Yeah that's it's see you at the park."
From Buster: "Ok bye!"
Then I heard Joe come down the stairs. "Ready?" "Yeah let's go." I said as I grabbed my grey zip up sweater and headed out the door. We soon arrived at the stadium. I went to sit down in the dug out and went on my phone. Then I got a text from Buster saying to meet him at the entrance. Then I saw Joe walking out to the field. So I ran to the entrance but little did I know that Joe was following me. Then I eventually got to the entrance. "Hey!" I said as I approached him and took my stuff from his hands. "Hey are we practicing already?" "No but the others are just pitching to each other." "Ok so we still on for today?" "Yeah so 6:30 still?" "Yup" He said popping the at the end. I slightly blushed and so did he. The we headed back to the dug out. Meanwhile Mercy and Buster where talking Joe heard everything. Then the boys finally started practice and the got ready for the game. They ended up winning. Then they went to freshen up and then me and Joe went back to the house then when we arrived I went to sit on the couch. Then Joe slammed the door. "What the hell is wrong with you?" "Your not going!" "What are you talking about?" "I'm talking about Buster your not going on the date with him." "What!? How did you know?" "I followed you." "You what?!?" "I followed you Mercy!! Your not going and that's final!" "You can't do that Joe!" "Yes I can!" "Ugh Fine!" Then I headed up to my room and closed the door. Then I picked out my clothes that I was going to wear. After that I texted Buster to meet me by my room. Then I went to take a shower. After I was done I got dressed into a skater maroon colored dress with my black and white converse. Then I grabbed my Vans off the wall black and white SnapBack and then I got my phone then I opened the window and climbed out. Then I saw Buster waiting in his car and I went over to him and got in the car. "Hey! Wow!" "What? Oh yeah sorry for the hat and the shoes." "Oh no it's fine! You look stunning!" Then I got butterflies in my stomach and I blushed a little. "Thanks you look good too!" He was dressed in kakis and a dark blue polo shirt. "Thanks Do you like Italian?" "Yeah I love Italian." "Good!" Then he backed out of the drive way and we drove off. We soon arrived at Olive Garden. Then we headed inside and sat down at a both then we order our food and just talked about random stuff. Then when we were done eating Buster ended up paying but I instead on paying but he just told me no. Then we walked out of the restaurant and got in the car and drove off to who knows where. "Buster where are we going?" "Well I was thinking how about we go to target?" "Yeah but what are we going to do there?" "Just walk around I guess." "Sounds good." After a while we got to target. Then we just walked around the store.
Then we got to some clothes aisle and I saw this nice black and white tribal print romper. Then Buster saw me looking at it. "Why don't you try on?" "Nah not my style." "Ok do you want to go now?" "Yeah wait what time is it?" "It's 9:30 why?" "I need to get home like now!!" "Why what's wrong?" "I snuck out and if Joe sees that I'm not in my room he's going to kill me!" "You snuck out for me?" "No shit Sherlock! Sorry yeah I did." "Ok let's go then." Then we walked out of target and headed back to my place. Then Buster got off and walked me to the door. "You didn't have to walk me you know." "Yeah I know but I wanted to." "Ok night Buster." "Night Mercy." Then we both looked into each others eyes and we then kissed! It was a nice sweet and slow but yet loving kiss.
Then we pulled away. Then we both smiled at each other. "I'll see you tomorrow." "Ok Buster." Then he walked away to his car and then drove off. I walk through the door shutting it quietly and turning to tiptoe upstairs. As I start to walk the lights turn on and Joe is standing there starting towards me. "Mercy mercy mercy. WHY THE HELL DONT YOU LISTEN?!?! YOUR STUPID YOU KNOW THAT? YOU COULD GET PREGNANT WITH BUSTER!!! WE DONT NEED YOU PREGNANT DO WE?!?!?" "Um no we don't but Joe it was just a date we ate dinner. Didn't even kiss its all ok." "NO ITS NOT. MERCY YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME. NO MORE BUSTER!!!" and with that he storms off leaving me speechless. I headed upstairs pulling out my phone. To Buster: I had a great night hope we do it again soon night. 💞💖
To Mercy: We need to talk tmrw morning ill pick u up at 9
To Buster: ok....
To Mercy: Night princess💖💕💞
I plugged in my phone climbing into bed and falling asleep.
