Chapter Three: Strike Two

It was a long wait until Tuesday. Then Chelsea spilled her guts.

"We can record Mrs Beefer threatening us and stuff, interview Makyla and Chelsea the Chatterbox, make the whole classes knuckles red with the ruler and present all our evidence to Ms Gold," Chelsea said, in what seemed like one breath.

"Lets tell the rest of the class. I'm pretty sure they would be up to it, especially if it means Mrs Beefer might go," Chloe said. By the end of lunch, the whole class knew and wanted to participate in our-Chelsea's- plan. Even some people from the class below us decided to participate.

On Wednesday, all through the day Chloe tape recorded Mrs Beefer, at lunchtime Rebekah did an interview with Makyla and Chelsea the Chatterbox, which looked really convincing and I was busy rapping about forty kids knuckles. I felt really bad about doing it for the first few people, until I noticed people wanted their hands more red. So I rapped more freely.

That night, Rebekah put together a slideshow. First she would show some pictures of kids with sore, red knuckles and their faces twisted in pain, with Mrs Beefer in the background screaming at people and hurting them. Then she would show Makyla and Chelsea's interviews. Then we would make some kids show Ms Gold their knuckles and talk about Mrs Beefer. Then everyone would leave.

IT WORKED!!!!! Rebekah, Chelsea, Chloe and I all walked into Ms Gold's office and started the clip. Then I beckoned for Chelsea the Chatterbox, Brayden (aka Jessica, don't ask why), Alicia, Kc and Makyla to come in and they talked. Then we all left.

Even though the classroom door was shut, we could all hear Ms Gold and Mrs Beefer fighting. Then we heard Ms Gold shout,

"TWO STRIKES!" We all decided to have a mini party on the basketball courts near here after school. We had chips, apple, lollies, music and some juice, so it was perfect. I went home in really gay spirits. ONE MORE STRIKE TO GO! I screamed in my head, as I walked through the door.
