Two

It's been two weeks since he move in with his grandparents and he was loving it. Everyone was nice to him, even their neighbours.

Part of him miss his parents and servant, who was unfortunately not allowed to come with him for some reason. It made Lucen upset really. He and his servant were literally bestfriend forever! They've been friends for like 5 years or so.

He remember the boy being his servant when he was fourteen years old, the boy was 12 years old that time. Soldren hardly spoke to him and just does what he's told to. In Lucen's opinion, it was really hard to talk to the boy since the boy was always distant and always wore a stoic expression.

But it did not take a year for the boy to open up and Lucen thought that it was his big accomplishment!

Since then, the two had always stick to each other like some sort of magnets. They became each others company. Lucen deem him as his younger brother since he's the only child.

Lucen sigh at the thought.

Thinking about these things is kinda depressing.

Knock knock knock

He was snap out of his thought when a knock was heard.

"Yes?"

"Señor and Señorita wish to see you, young master."

Lucen scratch his head. He forgot that they need to go somewhere. Something about visiting school or whatever. Lucen is excited nonetheless.

He quickly got up and walk downstairs with Isolde following behind him.

"Oh, apo! Ready ka na ba?" his grandfather exclaim making Lucen sweat dropped. Sometimes Lucen wonder how can a grandpa be so energetic. If his grandfather is energetic, his grandmother on the other side is the opposite.

His grandmother is the whole definition of an iceberg that sunk a whole ship. Kidding aside, his grandmother always wore a strict and stern expression. It's like you can't even joke around her because then she'll take it seriously. She is a woman full of seriousness and gloominess. She's all about business while her husband is all about happiness and whatnot.

They mention the other day that they own a university somewhere so that might be the place that they'll be visiting.

"Oh siya, tara na at ayaw kong pag hintayin pa yung driver."

Masayang turan ni William na ginantihan lang ng ngiti ni Lucen.

Napataas naman ang kilay ni Loretta sa nakita pero ipinagsawalang-bahala niya na lang ito.

"Maligayang pagdating, señor at Señorita!"

A voice boom after they step out of the car.

Lucen on the other hand couldn't help but analyze the whole building. Hindi niya mapigilang mamangha. Hindi niya alam kung eskwelahan pa ba ito o palasyo!

"It's been a long time since you last visited here with your wife!"

William sweat dropped at the mention of his wife. He has his arm around his wife's waist while the other was holding an envelope.

"W-well—"

William was about to respond when his wife ruthlessly cut him off.

"It's none of your business."

Once the words left from her mouth, everyone was silent. Even Lucen has to purse his lips.
