'Pak!' The corridor rung from the sound of slap. "You shameless brat! How could you berate your marriage like this? Is that your important meeting you had to attend leaving your wife and clinging around that good for nothing whore?" Jules shouted her lungs out.

"Grandma." Wilson flared in anger.

"What? Are you going to hit me for that trash? Have you forgotten her roots? She is nothing but a poisonous snake." Jules spit all her hatred.

"Grandma, Elise is different." Wilson argued.

"That's what your father said about Rachel but was she different from other Allens? She sucked your father till death. Now her daughter is sucking you.  Can't you see her viciousness?"

"Grandma, Enough. I know how Elise is and you don't have to lecture me about her. As much as I can tell she is far better than your purchased toy for me." Wilson replied in anger.

"You.." Right when Jules raised her hand to slap Wilson again, she collapsed.

"Madam." Mira rushed to support Jules.

"Grandma." Wilson came forward to hold Jules.

Within few minutes, Jules was wheeled inside the emergency room leaving Wilson and Mira behind to wait. He clenched and unclenched his fist several times thinking about his grandma's deteriorating health.

'Ring Ring!' There was an incoming call for Wilson. "Wil." The crying voice came from the other side.

"El. What happened?" Wilson asked in concern.

"Wil, I-I had a nightmare. I dreamed that you left me, you-you abandoned me in the darkness." Elise cried hysterically.

"Hey-hey. Don't cry El. I will never leave you my love. Please don't cry." Wilson soothed Elise through phone.

"Really? Promise me you will never leave me Wil. Nobody wants me in this world, not my mother nor my family. It is only you who is good to me, if you ever leave me, I might as well die." Elise started sobbing again.

"I promise- I promise, I will never leave you El." Wilson promised her hastily to stop her from crying.

"I love you Wil." Elise murmured.

"I love you too my love." Wilson replied. "Now take some rest, I will come at your place in the morning." Wilson said.

"Really?" Elise got excited in the call.

"Really. Now sleep properly." Wilson comforted her before hanging up.

After hanging up the phone, Wilson saw doctor talking with Mira. "What happened?" He asked to both of them.

"Young madam, she is awake." Mira replied politely.

'Heh!' Wilson snorted.
