Before we get started, I would like to take a minute to introduce myself and give some background.
Hi, my name is Bri! I am a 20 year old living in the US trying to reignite my passion for writing. I am non-binary and I prefer they/them pronouns.
When I was young, I loved to read and write. To the point where my teachers were telling me that my short stories weren't short enough, and I would get my phone taken away by my parents because I was staying up too late reading. I used to write fanfics (all under a different, lost and buried account, thank god), but over the years, I lost the motivation to write. At this point in my life, I've lost the motivation to do nearly anything.
I got the idea for this book on a boring day of work, and my partner encouraged me to write it down with the intention of actually doing something with it. So here I am. By writing this, I hope to gain just a little more purpose and to get back into a hobby that used to keep me up at night.
With that being said, please don't expect anything good to come out of this. And if it does end up getting some traction, I will most likely not have a consistent schedule with updates. Please keep in mind that I am doing this for myself and my mental health, and also this is the first thing I have ever written because I wanted to in like... 6 years.
