In a noodle shop was a boy listening to a man in glasses about a story of the monley king, he became so invested in it to not notice a H/C person coming down the stairs. "oh tang.. really? Early in the morning?" You mumbled and adjusted your glasses.
Tang perked up at the sight of you, "My dear Y/N! I'm just telling mk here about the story of monkey king!" You scoffed, You never did like the story "As always? please.. Your just using it to bribe him."
Tang was a young man (if he was) and wore golden rimmed glasses with his hair combined sideways, wearing a changpao that has the left side white and the right side red, it has gold clasps in the center. He wears a red scarf and black boots.
He gasps, "You wound me Y/N! I would never!" You rolled your eyes and mk perked up and finally noticed his mother, You were in a grey vest with long sleeves, having a white shirt underneath. You wearing gloves as you also had black pants and some shoes to go along with it, A jellyfish haircut with three colored lines separately that were pink, yellow and purple.
Tang coughed and started to tell the story AGAIN while you started to make tea, you didn't bother at all to.. Listen to the story because you heard it a HUNDRED TIMES requested by mk to tang and in return was a bowl of noodles, honestly Tang would just get beaten by pigsy in the end, just like in the past.
The thought made you chuckle softly as you finished making tea and blowed the steam, Sipping it. It was really peaceful, Tang just telling his stories.. Mk listening.. What could go wrong at this day? (Jokes on you everything–)
"...and all because of the Monkey King." You heard tang finishing his story as you turned to him, MK Bounces up from joy "Oh, that's so good! Monkey King's so cool! He's so strong and handsome-" he did some poses and you chuckled a bit of how silly he was.
"Oh, MK. And you thought you knew all the Monkey King stories." Tang points out, "Oh, but I do. I got his whole life documented extensively in this Unauthorized autobiography of Monkey king." The drawings of his.. Book flew everywhere as you sighed and caught one of them, But.. This drawing was one where the monkey King held a woman–
You crumbled it and threw it in the trash, mk didn't notice thankfully and continued to ramble "Written and illustrated by yours truly. Like I knew he was born from a stone, and live behind a waterfall with his sweet little baby monkey friends! And- and- and oh!" Tang picks up one of his drawings and smiles.
"It's nice to know someone's taking in all these stories." You rolled your eyes, "Pearls of wisdom : dripping down my lips.." You picked up a kettle and poured in more tea, "Again using it to bribe Mk–" He clears his throat loudly, interrupting you.
"Well, you know the deal: one story, one free bowl of zha Jiang mian. hmm?" Mk perked up, he rushes to get a bowl "Huh? Oh right, free noodles! Yep, on it. How heavy do you think a mountain is? Compare to like-" he was about to grab a bowl until someone threw a spoon at him.
The noodles was thrown high up in the air before pigsy grabbed it, "Free noodles?!" You watched the scene unfold "should've listened.."
Tang pushes pigsy away gently, "Ah, but Pigsy. I was paying with wisdom." He grins and pigsy only got mad by the second "Yeah? Well, wisdom don't pay the rent, you freeloader! And you!" He points to mk.
"You've been slacking off all morning to the point that Poor Y/N had to do that! I've got a dozen orders that need to go out, so quit slacking and get packing!" Mk felt bad that you were the one who took his orders.. "Yeah. I was about to take my break. So..." He tugged at his collar and you sighed at your son.
"Break? Break?! There's no break in war! I need workers. Soldiers in the army of Pigsy's Noodles, home of the world's longest noodles. How else am I gonna expand my business into enemy territory?!" You raised a brow, "Sam from across the street?" You pointed.
He glares, "I stand by my statement! Now, hurry up!" He kicks mk out as you sigh, "You know what? I'm going to Sandy's, Call me if mk causing trouble" You stood up and added some change as pigsy's eyes soften.
"Y/N! you don't need to pay, it's on the house!" You shook your head, "It's fine pigsy" you smiled and he sighed, "How come they get free tea?!" Pigsy looked behind him to see tang eating noodles as he grabs a spoon.

You exited the shop and saw mk getting ready as you went over to him, "Mk" he turned to you "Ma! Are you gonna come with me??" You shook your head and kissed his forehead, "No, But stay safe.. I'll be somewhere for some relaxing" he looked down in sadness.
"But.." You smiled and stroked his head, "mk, I trained you remember? If anything happens, I'll beat those assholes and save you" He smiled and you ruffled his hair, "Ma! Stop!" He laughs and grabbed your hand.
"Alright alright, Be safe" he nods and puts on his headphones as he drove off in the distance, you waved him goodbye as you texted sandy that you'll be at his ship around 5 minutes.
You felt yourself being watched, turning around you found nobody.. Was it your instincts again? you shook your head, No need for being paranoid..
Sighing to yourself, you snapped your fingers as mist surrounded you and you vanish as a orange bird saw the whole thing.

You sat at Sandy's couch drinking tea as mo rested happily at your lap, "So, Y/N! what brings you here today?" Sandy brings in a cat-themed tea set. "I just wanted to relax here.. Since I feel like.. Someone's watching me you know?" Sandy places down the tea set and sat down across you.
"Why's that?" You shivered, "Because.. Ever since mk went to that delivery.. I felt stares all over and it's creepy." Sandy pours in a cup of tea for you, you grabbed the cup and blowed the steam as you drank.
"Hmm.. Maybe you should stay with me for the time being, For safety after all!" you smiled and nodded, "so? How's mk and pigsy?" You stroked the cup "Their good, Pigsy's a mad pig as always" He laughs.
"Eh!, he always like that, Hope he relaxes himself soon" with a chuckle, You stroked Mo's fur. "I wonder what mk is doing right now.. " you hummed.
