Apology Exepted

YN POV

There was a sudden rush of light in my eyes. I slowly opened them and leaned up in the bed wiping the crust from my eyes.

"YN?"

"Hu..." I looked at the printed out hospital bracelet on my wrist and then at the room and then back at Momma."

"Wh- what hap...is the baby ok? Where is August? Is he okay?"

She gave me a sincere look and gave me a strong hug.

"My Baby's Okay." I kept some tears of hers drop down onto my back.

I smiled and pulled away from the hug and looked at her.

"Tears of joy." I joked.

She looked at me and her face went down.

"I'll let you and August talk."

"Where is he?"

She pointed at a chair in the corner. There I saw August sleeping peacefully. My Mother kissed my forehead and walked out the hospital room and closed the door.

I slowly got up and felt my stomach. But I couldn't feel a kick...or anything. I didn't wanna over exaggerate thought. I'm in a hospital. It's pretty safe here I think.

Anyways, I walked over to August and a smile plastered on my face. I stood in front of him and lifted his head up with my index finger.

"August."

"Mhm.." He slowly opened his eyes and once he saw my face they got bigger. "YN!!"

"That's my name." I smiled with a few tears.

He jumped up and kissed all over me. I smiled and told him to stop.

"What happened? Are you ok? Is the ba-"

"Yn...there's something I gotta tell you."

"Is it good or bad?"

"It's pretty bad baby."

I gave him a look that lets him know that I'm ready to listen.

"Last night you fainted and we took you to the hospital. When you fell it was so loud that the doctors had to run tests on you and the baby to see if you guys were ok. You are perfectly fine ... But the baby..."

I covers my mouth as tears poured from my eyes. "No...no no no no." I shook my head. As August came towards me hugging me tightly.

"The baby's gone."

Hearing those words made my heart pound and pound hard.

"I'm so sorry." That's all August kept saying.

I let go of the hug and looked at him. "August it's not your fau-"

"No. No YN it is. If I would have been a better boyfriend to you in the beginning this would have never happened. Not Her. Not This. I just...Im sorry."

"August. We're in this together. I will always love you no matter what. Everything happens for a reason."

"But this w-"

"But what August? Listen to me. It's not your fault okay..." Sudden tears came from my eyes as I put my hands on the sides of his face. "I love you. Please try to stay strong with me because if you don't I'll just be weak."

He looked up and shook his head. He stood up licking his lips as I wiped his tears away.

His phone buzzed and he looked at it.

"Your Mom just left. She checked you out so we can go now."

"Ok let me get dressed."

August POV

The car ride home was silent. It felt awkward. I wanted to tell her how sorry I was but I know that wouldn't make her feel better. I needed something to distract her from all of this...something to make her happy...I'll come up with something. And soon. I love YN and I'll do anything for her. That's my baby🌹.
