Chapter 03 : The Interview

It had been a year and a half since bts debuted. They had achieved a lot of fame in a very less time. All the bts members had come very close to each other but jungkooks attitude towards jimin still hadn’t changed. He still used to ignore jimin as if he never exsisted. Jungkook used to talk and enjoy with everyone leaving jimin which hurted jimin a lot but still he never lost his hope and kept trying to get close to kook.

Jiminie get up we are getting late we have an interview we have leave on time v whined pulling the blankets off jimin. ummm tae let me sleep please 5 minutes more jimin mumbled turning to other side and dozing off to sleep again. V stomped his foot like a kid and left the room. Hyuuung jiminie is not waking up v whined entering the kitchen complaining to his jin hyung. He must have played games till late night maybe thats why he cant get up namjoon said. No hyung but he had passed out early yesterday at around 10 or something v said pouting. Yes when I went to call jimin to come with me for a walk he was already asleep, i went around 10:30, I remember jhope said.

Then why isn’t he up yet jin hyung questioned with a frown, is he alright or has he fallen sick omg I have to go check jin hyung said panicking heading towards jimin’s room. Everyone hurriedly followed jin to make sure jimin was fine except jungkook. jungkook sat there alone at the dinning table worring for jimin’s health. I hope he is fine jungkook whispered. Jimin baby get up jin hyung said trying to turn jimins body towards him. Ummm mmmm jimin groaned twisting and turning on the bed. Baby jin said checking his temperature which was quite high than normal but not too high also. Joonie quick get

some ice he has fever jin said panicking. Namjoon ran down to get some ice from the fridge. Hyung jungkook called out, jungkook not now jimin is sick he has fever namjoon said running towards jimins room with ice. Omg jimin hyung is sick jungkook mumbled running towards his room too.  Jungkook entered jimin’s room only to see jimin groaning on the bed, all of them gathered around the bed looking at him worriedly with jin sitting on the edge of the bed putting some wet towels on jimins forehead. hyung fine junkook aksed with concern. He will be fine jungkookah don’t worry jin hyung replied with a smile.

Namjoon go call our manager and tell them to delay our interview for some hours jin ordered namjoon nodded and left to call the manager. Suga you go inform bang pd suga nodded and left the room too. hoesok go call the doctor, v go and take a bath, jungkook come here keep on changing these cold water strips from time to time ill go make some porridge for him jin finished getting upp from the bed. Can you do that jungkook or should I call someone else jin asked stopping by jungkook looking at him in his eyes and smiled when he saw jungkook nod his head. Jin exited the room, while jungkook sat on the bed besides jimin and changed the cold water strips eyeing him worriedly.

Get well soon hyung please jungkook whispered pecking jimins forhead and cursed himself on what he had just done. Soon jin came with the porridge and jungkook left the room. Hoesok why is the doctor still not here jin asked feeding jimin. Hyung he is not picking up my calls I dont know what to do jhope answered his eyes watering. Hyung I am fine I dont need a doctor jimin said weakly. Have you seen yourself in you look so pale and you say you dont need a doctor huh jin rapped. Why will I need a doctor when I have my eomma to take care of me jimin teased making jhope and jin chuckle as jimin was getting back to his normal self. soon jimin felt himself being pulled into a group hug which made him smile. Guys I am fine chill I am not dying jimin joked and as a result he recieved a flick on his forehead by jin and pouted.

He looked around to see everyone except jungkook looking at him worriedly but satisfied knowing that jimin was fine. Why are you not here jungkookah dont you care about me he faintly whispered with a sad pout. Hyung we had a interview today jimin shouted as soon as realisation hit him hard. I know but we can reschedule it nothing is more impotatnt than your health jin said caressing jimin’s cheeks. No hyung we can go now i am fine, I dont wanna reschedule it we are already so packed please please I promise i will take good care of myself jimin said giving his puppy eyes to convince his eomma. Promise jin smiled when jimin nooded and ordered everyone to get ready to leave for the interview.

In an hour everyone was ready with their hair and makeup done. They reached the studio in 15 minutes and took their seats. You didn’t even ask me If I am fine jungkookah jimin whispered looking at jungkook who was talking to v happily. The interview started and finally the fans got chance to meet all the members.One by one many fans came to shake hands with all the members take

autographs, out of many of the fans ignored jimin and payed attention to other members especially v and jungkook. Jimin chuckled sadly and whispered even armys don’t love me I am so pathetic he mumbled keeping his tears from falling. Jin noticed jimin’s sadness and gave jimin a warm hug which made jimin feel good. Now if anyone has questions they can ask their idols the interviewer said making all the fans go crazy. The questions continued untill an army asked jungkook to rate members based on their looks. Ummm this is according to me okay so on 2nd place we have v hyung

3rd place ....................................... and so on okay so now on last place we have park jimin and on 1st plase we have our worldwide handsome jin hyung jungkook completed while everyone hooted but jin looked at jimin who was just staring at his feet feeling all weak and numb, This wasnt happening for the first time  but this time he was tired of being placed last, he was tired of jungkook ignorning him, he was tired of being hurt. Excuse me guys i need to use the washroom jimin said excusing himself leaving the stage.

As soon as jimin reached the bathroom he broke down, only painfull snobs were heard. Everyone hates me, I am fat, I am pathetic, I look so bad, Neither does jungkook nor does army love mee ahhhhhhhhhhh Jimin screamt out loud looking at his relfection in the mirror snobbing. I annoy jungkook as well whenever I go close to him he always pushes be back, wy would he even want me he said laughing at his own pathetic self. He quickly washed hid face and went out again on the stage pretending nothing was ever wrong.

After the event, jimin was awfully silent and looked lost, jungkook frowned when he saw jimin so sad and was shocked at the fact that neither did jimin fight to sit besides jungkook nor did he ask him if he enjoyed the interview or not it was so unlike jimin but jungkook being jungkook ignored his thoughts and went back to chatting with v. The moment they reached home jimin fell asleep he didnt even get up for dinner. At around 4 in the morning jimin got up from his sleep cause he was very hungry. His hunger took him towards kitchen. He took out some food from the fridge and as soon as he entered the living room to eat his food he saw himself in the full body mirror which was placed right in from of him supported by the wall.

He saw how his cheeks were puffsaw bed up, he had a little stoamch and chubby hands, he hated the way he looked. he looked at the food even though he was very hungry he just couldnt eat after seeing himself in the mirror. He drank a bottle of water to subside his hunger, took a napkin and put it around his neck, wearing his shoes and decided to go for a run in order to loose

some weight. As he was heading towards the main door he seen tae’s bedroom door open, he entered his bedroom and saw v and jungkook sleeping cuddling each other. You look so pretty even when you are sleeping jungkookah, I have annoyed you a ot but now- now I promise I won’t annoy you anymore, I will control my feeling and try not to come close to you he said as a tear slipped down his face. He wiped his tear and left the house.
