His parents were neglectful but gave him things he needed.
His parents wanted him gone when he turned 16.
Ritz was always lonely growing up and didn't know how to make friends.
Became an interviewer because he enjoyed talking to new people but didn't necessarily know how to.
Gets overstimulated kind of easily.
When he rambles and someone calls him out on it in a rude way, he gets extremely self-conscious and doesn't really talk after.
