" I miss her so much, I don't know what to do Han" I was curled up in Sero arms. My little sister had just died with my father in a car crash. I never liked my father, we were never close. My mom was grieving in her own way. She went out a lot now leaving me at Sero's house. "My Mom said that we could go outside maybe some fresh air will help you feel better". I sniffled. "is she gonna be watching us?" Sero shrugged "She's drinking something in the kitchen right now, the same thing your mom was drinking when we came to pick you up"
"Ok, yeah, I'd like to go outside". We got out of our cuddling position, grabbed our coats, put on our shoes, and headed out. I was worried because we were only five at the time and leaving the house by ourselves. But Sero's mom was an adult. So she obviously knew what she was doing sending us on our own. Or so I thought.

We ended up in a place not too far from Sero's house, where we played for a bit. simple games like tag, hide and seek, and just talking to each other. Eventually, we got bored, so Sero decided that we should go back to the house. Two 5-year-olds walking alone in one big city.
What a horrible day

"No, no, no, HANTA!". We were only a block away. No one would've suspected it to happen. Just walking, then to be suddenly attacked by an older man for no apparent reason. Sero had put himself in front of the man and me. I begged him to move so that we could run, but he didn't budge. The man hit Sero to the side, knocking him unconscious. This time I put myself between them and tried to use my quirk on him, only sending a small harmless shock, as it was all the power I had.
"Hmm, an interesting quirk indeed.. You could be useful to me" the man whispered to himself, but I was too focused on getting out of the situation with Sero to realize that he was talking about me.
"I'll make you a deal" The stranger spoke louder but in a tone in which only I could hear. "If you come with me, I'll spare your friend's life" My mind started racing, 'what if he's a kidnapper' 'why does he want me?' 'If I say no will he kill us!?'. Apparently, the uncertainty of what he was proposing showed on my face because the stranger took a deep breath and said; "What? You don't believe me? Here, how about I show you.."
He looked around and called a stray dog that was near. As anyone would expect the dog came rushing over to the man, but as soon as the dog touched him it had died, blood rushing from its body. I froze. Now I know for sure that he would hurt us, so I did what anyone should do.
"Fine.. but Just don't hurt him"
