MATTHEO POV:

She knew I wasn't okay. I turned around as Y/N opened the door. "Hey, I know you aren't okay. Whats up?" She asks again, leaning against the sink. I hesitate before telling her. "Malfoy knows you were in here last night, and if he tells anyone. We are so fucking screwed." I say as I push the hair out of my eyes. "Well, lets make sure he doesn't find out then." Y/N says mysteriously, leaning in to kiss me. I kiss her back, then she looks up and smiles. "Yeah, you're right. Lets go to class." I say grabbing her hand. We hold hands as we walk out of the bathroom.

*TIME SKIP*

We walked down the corridors on our way to the great hall. I'm starving, I realize I barely ate anything at dinner last night either. I look over at Y/N. She's looking down at the ground as she walked. I wonder what she's think right now. God, Y/N is gorgeous. How did she even consider someone like me, AND she's a Gryffindor as well. "Oh shit. Uhm, Mattheo? I have to go... I can't risk my brother seeing us walk in together. He's gonna question EVERYTHING! He's already gonna ask why I wasn't there last night. I'm sorry. I'll see you later?" She asks. Damn it. "Oh yeah. Of course. See you later Y/N." I say trying not to sound as disappointed as I felt. "Thanks Mattheo. I really appreciate it. See you later" She gives me a peck on the cheek, and runs off in the great hall. After a few minutes, I entered as well, as to not rise suspicion. I walked over to the Slytherin table, and sat as far from the rest of them as possible. I grabbed some toast and started to butter it, when Malfoy and his "friends" came up behind me. Oh hell. This isn't good I think to myself. I ignore him until I can't anymore. "Mattheo. I heard some noise last night, what were you and Y/N doing?" He asked, knowing exactly what we were doing. "Oh, well. We were studying, and Y/N dropped one of her books on my toe, so I yelled out in pain." Just as I finished my sentence, all the food on the table disappeared, except the piece of bread in my hand. "I so wish I could finish this conversation, but I need to get to class.
