Part 4, Sneaky Seizure

The Helicopter lands and Agent X steps out as a Scientist comes out and greets them. The scientist then says, "Ah, Agent X, Your arrival has been expected. Follow us." he enters the Secret lair that he knows as typical and sees the PMCs, Mercenaries and other workers salute him since he has completed possibly the greatest mission possible for a director of Max Corp. When he enters the lab, the scientist says, "Put the crystal right in here." Agent X, with a confident stride, steps forward and places the shimmering Sailor Crystal into a specially designed containment chamber within the lab. The scientist, wearing a lab coat with the Max Corp logo embroidered on it, carefully seals the chamber, ensuring the crystal's energy is safely contained.

"Excellent work, Agent X," the scientist praises, adjusting his glasses. "Chairman Maximillian will be most pleased. The energy readings from this Sailor Crystal are off the charts. With its power, Max Corp's influence will be unstoppable." Agent X nods, his expression serious. "We must ensure its safety at all costs. The Sailor Guardians will undoubtedly come for it. Have the guards conserve ammunition, keep the lair's traps active and ensure they don't get past our casino entrance. Our socialites will have to keep them distracted there with fun, games and drinks while you prepare the crystal for the chairman's arrival." The scientist nods, understanding the gravity of the situation. "Understood, Agent X. we'll keep working while you maintain a tight perimeter. Those Sailor Guardians won't know what hit them." In Maximillian's inner sanctum, we see his board of Directors meeting once again. He then explains, "Esteemed members of the board," Maximillian begins, his voice dripping with confidence, "Our acquisition of the Sailor Crystal is a monumental step forward in our quest for unparalleled power and dominance. With its energy harnessed, not only will Max Corp become the world's leading conglomerate, but I will also ascend to a position of power unlike any other."

One of the directors, Carl Cafford of Corporate Forging, raises an eyebrow, "While the acquisition is impressive, are you certain that harnessing the power of this Sailor Crystal is safe? We've heard tales of its immense energy and the guardians who protect them." Maximillian leans forward, his eyes glinting with determination. "Safety is of no concern when compared to the potential power and influence we stand to gain. Besides, with Agent X and Symmetry on our side, and our state-of-the-art containment technology, what could possibly go wrong?" Another director, Incendio of Corporate Entertainment, chuckles softly, "Indeed, Maximillian. The world is ours for the taking, and with the Sailor Crystal in our possession, our entertainment divisions will have unparalleled resources at their disposal. Imagine the shows, the spectacles, the experiences we can create!" A third director, Clara Jones of Corporate Resources and Fine arts, interjects, "While the prospects are enticing, we must also consider the real threat to our resources, the Sailor Guardians. They are not to be underestimated. They have defeated our best demolition team and two directors of the Demolition board in one fell swoop. They're powerful, and they won't rest until they reclaim what's rightfully theirs." Maximillian nods thoughtfully. "You raise a valid point, Clara. We must not underestimate them. However, with the Sailor Crystal under our control, their powers will be greatly diminished." Maximillian stands up, pacing slowly in front of the board. "That's why we need to stay two steps ahead of them. I want continuous surveillance, an increased number of guards at all our facilities, and I want every possible measure taken to ensure the Sailor Crystal remains in our possession." Carl Cafford nods, "Agreed. We'll bolster security and ensure that our defenses are impenetrable. We cannot afford any mistakes." Incendio adds, "I'll make sure our entertainment division creates a distraction, something big and flashy to keep the Sailor Guardians occupied while we fortify our defenses." Clara Jones looks thoughtful for a moment before stating, "We should also consider a backup plan. In case the Sailor Guardians manage to breach our defenses or if the crystal's power becomes unstable." Maximillian smiles, "Always the pragmatic one, Clara. I like that. Very well, let's set up a contingency plan. I want options, and I want to be prepared for any scenario."
