after the wolrd is taken over by the evil greedy quadrillionare, Maximilian von Klein, heroism is exterminated and all of the world is either Golden or controlled by the quadrillion dollar corporation, Max Corp. However, small gimmers of hope appear...
After so Many escapes, Maximilian is pacing the room. He then says, "I should've never let Dr. Zaius get even close to that girl! Now She's taken valuable Data from the Databanks!" He then calms as he adds, "No Matter, without the Doctor, the Data is useless. No one can understand his thinking anyway." As he paces about, the Megacorporation Chairman tries to find out how to regain control over the situation. His once impenetrable empire was now facing threats from all directions. The Forces of Justice were easily crushed but this threat, these Sailor Guardians, were different. They possessed the typical traits of heroes he had defeated before but something was preventing him from finishing them off for good. Something that seemed so simple yet so complex that not even his Genius Mind can comprehend.
Maximilian paused, his eyes narrowing as he recalled the encounters with the Sailor Guardians. Their determination was unparalleled, but it wasn't just their strength or powers that confounded him. It was their unwavering belief in each other, their righteousness and Egh! Their incessant hope. It was as if their bond was a force of nature, unyielding and unbreakable. Maximilian had faced countless adversaries in the past, but none like them. They didn't just fight for good and to protect the innocent like all the other Heroes had eliminated, they sought to not only fight evil with their powers but also though the very people who fall into it's grasp. That was it! They used the humanity of men and Women who seem evil but in reality, were simply lost or misguided. The Sailor Guardians didn't just see black and white; they recognized the shades of gray that painted the world. This understanding allowed them to approach conflicts differently, seeking solutions beyond mere confrontation.
Maximilian clenched his fists. "Their ability to see the good even in the darkest souls is their strength," he muttered to himself. "But it's also their weakness." The Megacorporation Chairman began to devise a plan, one that would exploit this possible Weakness. He knew men like Theodore, Santiago and even his Top Scientist, Dr. Zaius were still human, that they could be redeemed. What he needed was a Demon, someone pure evil just like him and his Directors. However, He also Knew Evil liked to infight once good seemed defeated and victory was assured. Maximilian needed someone who was Irredeemable and Powerful but also loyal to whatever master summoned them. Maximillian thought, "Where can I find such a person? Where?" Enter Professor Souichi Tomoe, Father of Hotaru Tomoe aka Sailor Saturn and a genius scientist known for his unscrupulous experiments , mental insanity and his obsession over hybridizing human and foul creatures called Daimons.

As he stood before Maximilian, the chairman asked, "What brings you here?" Professor Souichi Tomoe, with his gaunt face and piercing eyes, replied as he pushed his glasses up to his face, "I've heard you've been having... difficulties dealing with those Sailor Guardians. It just so happens that I have something that might be of interest to you." Maximilian eyed the professor warily. "And what would that be?" Tomoe smirked, revealing a hint of his sinister intentions. "A creation of mine, a being born from the very essence of darkness and despair. It is a being devoid of any shred of humanity, a perfect fusion of raw power and malevolence. I call it... Mistress Obscuria." Maximilian's curiosity was piqued. "Go on." Professor Tomoe continued, "Mistress Obscuria is not just a mere creature; she's the embodiment of all fears, doubts, and negativity. She can tap into the deepest insecurities of any individual, turning their own fears against them. With her by your side, those Sailor Guardians won't stand a chance." Maximilian considered the offer. Such power could indeed be the key to finally defeating the Sailor Guardians and solidifying his reign. However, he also knew the dangers of aligning with someone as unpredictable as Professor Tomoe. "And what do you seek in return for this... Mistress Obscuria?"Tomoe's eyes gleamed with a mix of madness and anticipation. "Simple. Protection for my research, resources to further my experiments, and a promise that once you've achieved your goal, you'll leave me and my work undisturbed." Maximilian weighed the risks and rewards in his mind. Aligning with Tomoe could give him the edge he needed, but it also meant tying his fate to a man as unstable as the professor. After a moment of contemplation, Maximilian extended his hand. "We have a deal, Professor." As their hands met, an ominous energy pulsed in the room, signaling the beginning of a dark alliance. With Mistress Obscuria now in his arsenal, Maximilian felt a newfound confidence. The Sailor Guardians may have been a formidable foe, but they had never faced a threat like this before. Of course, Maximilian also planned to do to the professor what he was going to do to Dr. Zaius once his work was done, Kill him once he delivered the product and ensure no one can figure out how to defeat it. He knew people like Tomoe were cocky and always thought they were one step ahead, but Maximilian was always ten steps ahead of everyone else. Meanwhile, the free Sailor Guardians, Usagi, Ami, Minako and Setsuna alongside Mamoru, Artemis and Luna, gathered in their secret base, the tension palpable in the air. Despite their recent discoveries of Maximilian's Main Plan, they knew he was coming up with a plan B. And without their Sailor crystals and therefore, their powers, they felt vulnerable. Ami Read more of Dr. Zaius's files while Setsuna looked into Max corp's databanks. Setsuna then sees a file labeled "Project Obscuria." Curious, she opened it to find research notes, and anatomy diagrams of a creature they thought long gone. As she delved deeper into the file, her expression grew increasingly grave."This... This is on of his works," Setsuna whispered, her eyes wide with disbelief.Usagi, sensing the urgency in Setsuna's voice, rushed over. "What is it?"Setsuna turned the laptop screen toward the group, revealing the chilling information about Mistress Obscuria. "It seems Maximilian has enlisted the help of Hotaru's father to create this monstrous entity as a backup plan should we take down the M.I.D.A.S. device and reclaim our Sailor crystals from the core." Usagi's eyes widened in horror as she read through the details of the file. Memories of their past encounters with Professor Tomoe and the horrors he unleashed through The Death Busters and Germatoid. The room grew colder as the Sailor Guardians absorbed the information. The resurgence of Professor Tomoe and the potential threat of Mistress Obscuria meant that their battles were far from over. The eerie silence was only broken by the distant sounds of the city outside, oblivious to the looming danger.
