Not an update, but I need everyone to read this and I figured that this would be the best way to prevent people from skipping it.
Ok, so if it wasn't clear, the italics is a flashback to The guy's murder. In real time, she is driving to his house to set the ice cream on the guys doorstep. Basically, she is letting the police know that she committed the murder.
She also left an additional note on the guys body, which you will find out about in the next chapter!
