Pluto: "oh this is wish upon a star, it's a super tier item that grant wishes, though it only has 3 uses, but it was already used once" (it's a gacha item that's luck base so a wish isn't guaranteed but maybe in this world it might work since it seems this world has different results like how our other items works)
