March 12 (midnight)
My head hung low while I put my shoes at the front, his mother giving us glares of displeasure.
"M-Momma, listen to me...it's j-" Ezra tried to explain himself.
"Save it." She pointed upstairs, breathing heavily holding her stomach.
We walled upstairs. I saw the fear in ezras' eyes he looked like he was gonna Burst open, and I slowed down my breathing since I was still tired from the run.
"I've already called your father ezra!" She shouted before slamming the door to her bedroom downstairs..
Now it was just me and him inside his bedroom, she us and the dim lighting from his lamp. My eyes shifted towards his direction, watching him. Then his eyes met mine, looking tired.
"I'll take a shower." I mumbled, I gazed at him. Then, he turned to the door and opened it. I looked at the hall closet, grabbed a towel, and then grabbed a smaller towel before entering the bathroom.
I looked at the mirror and saw all the crap on my face, I looked so tired and sweaty.. my eyes met with the shower tap.
"Oh shit....how does this thingy go again..it's different from mine so..maybe cold is right and hot is left"
"AH SHIT!" I jumped in, it was frezzing fucking cold. I turned it the other way and felt the heat coursing through my vains.
I closed my eyes and let out a deep sigh before I scrubbed my body with the men's body wash that ezra had.
I sniffed my nose and noticed that I had a bit of nose running down my nose..damn spring is already beating me down.
"Don't you wanna continue your relationship with him?"
I heard his mother's voice since ezras room was right across from the bathroom. I could hear everything even if I didn't want to listen.
"B-But mom...I can't, no of us can.. we wanna tell him we just can't ok." I heard ezra say, he sounded a bit distraught and guilty.
"You've said it to me before honey, you don't see Jason as your friend after what happened that day. You even said you wish you never met, so why keep this a secret? Why not tell the person you see as the brother you never had ezra? It makes no sense. He'd want to know, even if it hurt you, do you really want to see him smiling with a person like that?"
There was a massive pause, I didn't hear ezra say anything.. the silence was killing me. Who and what were they talking about? I mean, I know they're talking about Jason... is Jason really capable of....no..he wouldn't l wont believe it maybe what i said last time was fake, we've known each other since elementary-
"Hey, Elliot, honey... hurry up." I heard his mother speak, I hurriedly washed the rest of my body, then scrubbed my fast..after that I turned the shower off and stepped onto the inviting mat near the bathtub..
"Mhm, I smell nice." I grabbed a brush from under the sink and brushed my hair.. I shook my head, and the droplets from my hair sprung everywhere around the room..
I put on a tank top and some Nike shorts.. before I walled out with a towel around my neck, I sat down on his desk chair, pretending I didn't hear anything..he wasn't looking at me like he wanted to speak but couldn't.
"What's your mom making for dinner?"
"It's late at night, but since momma is still awake, we might eat some burgers she hand makes them. My dad loves them." Ezra spoke as he leaned back on the headboard of his bed.
"This might be a random question... but are you gay?" I questioned..
He slowly moved his head towards me and gave me a look of horror.
