DAMI'S POV
I woke up the next morning a lot later than usual and I knew that without checking the time. You know those days where you wake up and you just know it's way past noon. It's one of those. I turned around, seeing Yeonjun awake beside me, watching me.
"Weirdo, what are you looking at?" I mumbled, pulling a pillow between us.
He clicked his tongue in frustration and grabbed the pillow, moving it aside. "I'm looking at you," he said, tucking my hair behind my ear.
"Why?" I asked.
"Cause you look beautiful in the morning. Your morning. Basically, when you wake up," he clarified.
I laughed, rubbing my eyes. "You do too."
"I look beautiful in the mornings?" he asked, raising his eyebrows at me. I nodded in answer. "Okay," he chuckled. He grabbed my waist and pulled me closer, kissing my cheek a few times. "Do you still want to visit your mother?" he whispered in my ear while I snuggled closer to him.
"Maybe not today," I said, my lips brushing against his neck. I love how he sleeps shirtless. Body heat and stuff you know. Who am I kidding? It's a sight for sore eyes.
"Okay," he replied, scratching my back. He does that often, I'm starting to think he enjoys doing it more than I enjoy getting it. "So, if you had one wish for the day, what would it be?" he asked.
"One wish?"
"Mm-hmm. Whatever you wish to do today, we're going to do. So, what is it?"
"I don't really know, I kind of just want to stay in bed all day," I sighed, closing my eyes before taking a deep breath.
How does he smell so good?
"Then we can stay in bed all day," he replied.
"Okay."
"Okay," he chuckled.
"But what are we gonna do in bed all day? We're going to get bored," I groaned, lifting my head to look at him.
"I can think of something to do," he smirked.
"Like make a list of movies to binge-watch?" I grinned.
"No... like something else," he said slowly.
I stared at him for a minute, my eyes focused on him. "I don't know if I'm ready," I whispered.
"That's okay, I'll wait. When was the uh, the last time you...?" he trailed off questioningly.
I hesitated to answer that. I don't know if I want to answer that. "Um... never."
"Never?" he eyed me quizzically. I shook my head slowly. "You mean you didn't... not even in New York?"
"Nope," I answered. "Nobody worthy of it yet."
"Then we'll wait."
I'm glad he said that but I asked him my next question anyway. "And if I don't want to?"
"Then we'll still wait. It's too soon. And the fact that you've never... That changes things, hmm?"
"Why?" I questioned.
"We have to be responsible about it, Dami. No matter how much we want it. Your first time should be special. Okay?" I nodded in understanding, biting back a smile. "What?" he chuckled, rolling his eyes at me.
I shook my head, rolling off of him and sitting up. "Nothing," I laughed. I stood up and threw my hair up in a bun while walking to the bathroom where I brushed my teeth and freshen myself up.
