Dr Wu: "We're about to find out"
Dr Wu walks past me and out his office, quickly motioning me to follow after him. As we try to leave the lab, we're stopped by two mercs who stayed behind.
Dr Wu: "You two, go and get me the unconscious raptor, along with the sister and Paleo-Veterinarian" Wu orders him. The two mercs nod and walk to go collect them, while Wu looks back to me.
(Y/n): "What do you need them for?" I ask.
Dr Wu: "I need to compare Charlie's dna sample to Blues to see the flaws in hers. Once I know what's missing, I can create the stabilizer. As for the Paleo-Veterinarian, she can help me and deal with Charlie's wounds" he explains to me while going over to some fancy lab equipment.
(Y/n): "So. . . that stuff you gave me, it's not going to turn me into a lizard, is it?" I ask while glancing down at my now restored fingers.
Dr Wu: "Why would you ask that?" Wu questions while looking back at me with a raised brow.
(Y/n): "Just kinda reminds me of Dr Conners from Amazing Spider Man" I say, though he continues to give me a questionable look. ". . . you've not seen that movie, have you?"
Dr Wu: "If it's one of those superhero movies, then no. I can't stand them" Wu says while looking back to his equipment. "The only side effects you'll experience from B-001 is a mild headache for half hour. You don't need to worry about turning into some movie lizard. Trust me, I tried the serum on myself"
(Y/n): "How? You don't have any missing body parts, at least to my knowledge" I say.
Dr Wu: "I cut my index finger off to test it" he explains nonchalantly.
(Y/n): "Ay?! What if the serum didn't work?!" I exclaim.
Dr Wu: "Then I'd be missing my left index finger"
(Y/n): ". . . that fact you say that casually is slightly concerning" I say, earning a chuckle from him. I then walk over to one of the table that had a hologram on it, which depicted Indy in her original indominus Rex form before turning into the new Indoraptor form.
(Y/n): "Why did you create her?" I ask as I stare at the hologram.
Dr Wu: "I had no choice" he calls back to me. "Hoskins and Eli wanted something that would make them millions, so they came to me with the offer that if I created a new version of the Indominus that would takes orders and not carry the flaws of the Indominus Rex, they'd give me everything I need to continue my research on creating the perfect and scientifically accurate dinosaurs"
(Y/n): "And secretly make a serum that could regenerate lost human limbs" I remake, again making him chuckle.
Dr Wu: "They won't miss a couple million, and even if they did, I'd say it was towards the Indoraptor" he says.
(Y/n): "So, that serum you gave me. . . do you think it could bring Echo and Delta back?" I ask. Dr Wu stops what he was doing and looks back at me with a sympathetic look.
Dr Wu: "I'm sorry. . . but I can't do anything for them. The serum in his current state can only do simple things as healing wounds or regrowing small limbs. And even if I refined it to a perfect state, I doubt it would be able to bring back the dead"
I won't lie, I actually had hope that stuff would be able to bring them back, so hearing that it couldn't really hurt. . .
(Y/n): "Worth asking. . ." I say as I go over to a nearby stool and sit on it. "How much of that serum did you make?"
