Arelana's P.O.V.
I rolled my eyes as Darcy clung to a pillow, squealing with joy, as Markiplier's skin turned grey on the computer screen. "Really, Darcy? Another Darkplier video? When are you going to realize that Darkiplier is nothing but a made up thing?"
"Just because you don't believe it's cool, doesn't mean I don't have to." Darcy shot back. Recently, Darcy's obsession with Darkiplier had become less fangirl-ish, and more annoying and slightly creepy. "Okay but you're wasting your time. Markiplier isn't going to acknowledge Darkiplier.." Darcy closed the computer screen with a thud and said, "Whatever, Isabella's here.." and stormed out of the room. The door slammed shut. Out of frustration, I got up and walked into the kitchen. How could she be so stupid? I thought. What's the point in believing in something like that..?
Darcy's P.O.V.
I hopped into the car, hot-headed. "What's your deal?" Isabella asked. "Arelana's the deal. She thinks I'm stupid for being in a fandom she does't believe in." I reply. "Sounds like a huge problem.." Isabella said sarcastically. I shake my head. I was completely silent the whole ride to the Park. I always felt unsafe there. Too many trees. You could easily get lost in the forest and not come back for a month. My anger made me oblivious to notice that the temperature had dropped nearly ten degrees. I felt goose-bumps misinterpret my skin as it became colder by the second.
"Come on, Darcy! Geez you are so slow!" Isabella yelled, pulling my arm. I watch as my friends Carson, Shawn, and Angel hop off a tree and trudge toward us. I still had a scowl on my face, and I don't plan on removing it anytime soon. "What's wrong?" Shawn asked. I turned away from him.
"Nothing."
"Arelana won't allow her to love Dark." Isabella taunted. I quickly spun around and shoved her. "Shut it, Isabella!" I snarled. Isabella stumbled backwards and chuckled. My friends lingered away from me as I stayed behind. I cohered a thin tree branch and thought about him. "Maybe Arelana is right.." I whisper. I felt the temperature drop lower and lower. It was strange since it was the middle of Summer. And in summer, it hardly ever gets cold in Texas. Obviously. I kept staring ahead as a million thoughts spread through my mind like wildfire. I couldn't comprehend what exactly was happening to me. I was terrified beyond reason at this point. I slowly turn around to see if something was behind me, and there was. It was him. Dark. His black eyes met my bluish-gray eyes instantly. "You're coming with me." The sound of his voice sent chills up and down my spine, causing me to shiver in pure terror. He gripped my arm tightly, making me wince. I tried to scream, but he covered my mouth and held me close. Suddenly we vanished out of sight. Someone help me.
Arelana's P.O.V
I sat on the couch watching TV for what felt like hours, when my mom and dad came threw the back door. "Darcy, Arelana, we brought McDonald's !" Mom yelled. I walked into the kitchen, confused, why wasn't Darcy with them? "Why didn't y'all go get Darcy?"
"Because you were suppose to!" Dad yelled from the other room. Shit, I was suppose to go get her, wasn't I? I ran and grabbed my keys. When I passed her room though, something felt... off.
When I got to The Park, it took me a couple of minutes to spot one of Darcy's friends, which didn't help my mood what-so-ever. I parked and noticed that Carson was running like a chicken with his head cut off. Tag? I thought, how lame. Getting out of the car, I yelled smiling, "Nerds, I need Darce!" They all stopped and looked at me like I was a ghost, and slowly walked toward me. "We're playing hide and seek, will you help us find her..?" Isabella said. She sounded off like something was wrong, but I ignored it and helped them look. After twenty minutes, I saw Carson hugging Angel who was now crying hysterically, I had enough. "All right I'm not going to yell, I'm not mad, I'm worried, where is Darcy?" This sent Angel into another fit of tears and Carson yelled "We cant find her, OKAY!? She vanished about an hour ago."
"And no one thought to call someone!?" I screamed. What the hell do I do now? Call mom and dad? The Police? I took a deep breath in and looked towards the trees, where the hell are you?
5 hours later
The cops had asked every question I thought would even be relevant to finding her..... twice. I was worried and mad that no one had found her yet. Juggling my emotions between anger, frustration, and anxiety, I couldn't imagine what kind of crazed lunatic would kidnap a 13 year old. It took a while for the police to thin out enough to be able to go to my room. I laid on the bed and stare at the ceiling. I was pissed off at myself because the thoughts that ran through my head were about Markiplier's face slowly turning grey.
I awoke the next morning in a cold sweat. I don't know how long I spent trying desperately to tell myself it was a dream, that it wasn't real. I could go into her room right now, and I'd find her laying in bed, asleep. However, that wasn't the case. I swung open her bedroom door, only to see her sheets disheveled, and nothing else was out of place. Fear came over me like wet blanket and stuck to me. I wander into the living room, to find a new set of cops had arrived and had already started to ask my parents questions. When one approached me, he asked with a stern voice, "When was the last time you saw your sister, miss?"
"3:37 P.M., yesterday afternoon." I answered quietly, anger laced in my voice. The cop responded, "How can you remember exactly when you last saw her?" He was excusing me! The son of a bitch was accusing me! "Has anyone found anything yet?" I asked as I walked into the kitchen. My dad instantly got up and started yelling at them for considering me as a suspect. I walked down the alley trying to think of anything weird from yesterday that could help bring her back. I decided to call Carson. Carson always knew about Darcy and what she was up to. I think he may have had a crush on her. When he answered, he didn't sound too happy. "Hi, Carson, it's Shelby. Did you happen to notice anything strange about anything, or maybe anyone?" "I don't know, everything that happened yesterday, was just a huge blur to me and everyone else. I did notice that Darce took many double-takes to certain places in the woods. I saw someone out of the corner of my eye occasionally...But I ignored it." I paused. "Why?" I asked. Carson was silent for some time. I was about to ask if he was there, but I was interrupted by his voice. "His skin was grey." Realization smacked me across the face as everything suddenly was pieced together. Everything was spinning, I couldn't contain myself. I ended the call, without saying 'Goodbye', and ran home.
I stayed in my room until it was dark, when suddenly my mom walks in, telling me I needed to eat. I trek to the kitchen, only to see Darcy's phone sitting all alone on the countertop. I pressed the home button and almost immediately, her background popped up. It was Mark. I felt tears form in my eyes. I missed her craziness over her favorite YouTuber, and it has only been a freakin' day. I covered my mouth to stop the whimpering. I didn't want to seem weak, especially in front of my parents. I sped-walked to my room. Once the door was shut, I collapsed onto my bed and turned on my favorite Markiplier video. I have no idea how many hours went by, before my eyes began to shut. I rolled over on my side, and suddenly terror paralyzed me. Written in what I assumed to be blood, were the words...

Mark's P.O.V.
Finally finished recording for the day, so I decided to relax. I jumped on the couch with a Tiny Box Tim plushie in my arms. I had been on vacation visting a friend in Dallas, Texas. We were gonna do a small video together and post it on the channel. I flipped through the TV channels only to find SpongeBob. I don't mind. I may be an adult (pretty much), but I will never grow up. Suddenly a news broadcast flashes across the screen, and changes the station. "Breaking Story, young girl, Darcy Dailey of Dallas, Taxas, was kidnapped about two nights ago while out with her friends. We go live to her older sister, Arelana Dailey, for an interview."
"Is it true there was second event last night?" The poor girl had dried tear-stained cheeks. "Yes." She mumbled. "Is it true you have proof?" The girl grabbed a phone from her pocket and showed the cameraman. The picture consisted of a vanity with the words in red ink smeared across the glass.
'Come get her' It read.
I dropped Tim on the floor as my mouth hung open.
"Shit.."
