Darcy's P.O.V.

I couldn't feel my legs anymore. My wrists were getting major bruises from the chains and are incredibly sore. I want to go home. I couldn't bear being restricted. I felt like a slave, only that was exactly the case.. I was a mess. My shirt was ragged, my pants were torn, my glasses were bent out of place and the lenses were cracked. I looked at my lucky Markiplier shirt. Not so lucky now...

I look up at the cracked ceiling and listened to the sweet sound of silence. The more I listened to it, the more I began to hate it. It was never silent at home. And I liked it that way.

Where was I? Oh.. right.. the cell. This trivial silence. I wanted it gone.

"Hello?" I say weakly. No response. "Please..let me go." I begged. "I can't." Dark said. My rage meter is rising and about to reach full. I look up at him. My eyes were bloodshot with tears pouring out of them. "Yeah and why can't you?! Are you using me for some experiment?! I'm not some guinea pig you can do tests on, dammit!" I guess that was too much because Dark ran a hand across my face. My cheek stung badly. I stared Dark's face. His expression read 'Danger'. I felt the bruise already forming. First the separation, now the guy was freaking abusing me. My breath was shaky. I quickly back up into the wall, trying desperately to get away from this monster. Dark knelt to my height and stuck his hand out. "I'm sorry..Please.. Forgive me." He said. He sounded genuine. Terror flooded my body with every word that escaped his mouth. I glanced at his hand and the floor. I couldn't make him upset and possibly kill me if I disobey him. I cautiously grab his hand. He shot me a small smile. I didn't want to show him any emotion. "We must get you ready for the celebration." He said, pulling me away from the wall. The chains didn't stop me. They were again out of sight. "For what?" I ask quietly. "No asking questions." He mumbled. My stomach sunk in. "Y-Yes." I stutter.

"So you're sure we can find them..?" I ask. Mark nods. "Yeah. I'm sure." He said without looking from the road. "Where do you think they are..?"

"We can go check at my hotel." He said. What did he say? That sounds like a sex request. "Excuse me??" I looked at him. His face immediately turned red. "Oh shit! I-I didn't mean it like that..!" He said. "I meant we should check for clues. Since Dark is my 'demon', we should check my things. Just in case." Mark explained. My heart pace slowed down. "Oh..Okay.."

We arrived at Mark's hotel room and automatically noticed something was off. It felt like something was wrong. Mark walked inside looking around, trying to find evidence. I needed to go to the bathroom and wash my face. I trudge into the bathroom and turn on the sink. Allowing the water to run into my hands, I splash the water against my face. The second I lean back, I notice there is a smiling face looking back at me. It was Dark. I jumped back into the wall. "Shit, my head.." I mumble. I'm just seeing things..... This isn't real. I walk back into the room where Mark was staring intently at something with a shocked expression. "What the hell.." He said. "What is it?" I ask. I follow his gaze and I see some red ink smeared across the coffee table. "An address?" Mark questioned. "I know that place. It's really far.." I looked up at Mark. He plastered a goofy smile on his face. "Road trip!"

"Mark?" I ask, buckling my seat belt. Mark looked over in my direction. "I just want to thank you for helping me." I say. "No problem." Mark smiled as he started the car. I leaned back in the seat. This was going to be a long drive. It was a few hours away in an abandoned factory. How do I know about it? My father used to work there.

"If you don't mind, can you tell me the whole story? Of how this happened..?" Mark asked, keeping his eyes in the road. "Well... She was watching a Darkiplier video with me. And when I told her off, she got upset and left with friends. A couple hours later, she never came home. I went to the place where she was hanging out with her friends.. And .... Well.." I began tearing up at this point. Dammit, I can't even think straight.. "You don't have to finish.." He said. "I'm sorry, I just.... Reliving the whole thing is just painful."
