(Kirishima's pov)

What happened? No idea. What did I do? No idea. What made me agree to this whole fake boyfriend situation? No idea. What the heck is wrong with me.  Why am I even thinking like this.

I sigh and shake my head. I glance at her from the corner of my eye, noticing how she look out the window with longing in her eyes. Does she really not remember me. I may be bad with remembering names and faces but her. I remember her vividly. Her voice, her smile, her way of dressing, the way she loves rambling on and on about useless things. Which I found annoying at that time but now that I think about it. It's cute.

She used to be our neighbor. Her parents were almost never home as they were busy with work. Her siblings all had friends and were out most of the time. Then there was her. Sitting on the front porch just watching the people pass by and waving at the old people and children. I wondered why she is always alone.

She would just sit at home, bake and read her little romance books. I tried her sweets. One day my curiosity took the better of me and I sneaked to the house. I saw her baking through the kitchen window and I couldn't help but watch her. Until she caught but instead of yelling she gave me her baked sweets and promised to pass by and hand it to me.

That's why I still remember her vividly. I sigh and rub the back of my neck.

If my memory serves me right which I highly doubt. I think she had a weak memory and barely remembered many things from her childhood. That's why she doesn't remember me.

"Your order...sir." the cashier says. She puts the two cups on the counter. I grab the cups of coffee and nod at her then walk to the table where y/n was seated.

I place her coffee cup on the table and sit down on the seat in front of her. I clear my throat and fold my hand on the table. I lean forward and look at her closely waiting for her to speak. She tear her gaze away from the window and look at me. She smiles.

"Holy shit...her smile..."

"Well... what do you want to do afterwards?" I heard her speak cutting my thoughts. I look at her and shrug.

"What do you want to do?" I ask looking at her intently. Watching her body language shifts. I could see her squirming in her seat but it's clearly she isn't trying to make it obvious.

"I don't know...what do you want to do? Anything on your mind?" She asks her voice unsure and a bit shy. I sigh.

"Do you...really not remember me?" I say unsure of how to approach this topic. I need to know if she doesn't remember me. I made a promise to her in the past and I will keep it. I saw her eyes switch from shyness to confusion.

"Huh...what do you mean?"

"I mean...don't you think I look familiar? Do you not remember me in any way? Me? Kirishima? Toru?" I say my voice turning soft and quiet almost talking to a child. She frowns.

"No...I don't remember. Are you someone from my childhood?"

"Yes. Someone very close to you. Someone you were always with when you are alone. Someone who would sometimes sneak to your window and talk for hours. Do you remember?" I say feeling a little hope blossom in my chest. I look at her hoping she would remember but her frown only deepens.

"I...I don't remember. Did we really do all of this?" She asks unsure of herself and my words. I sigh and run my fingers through my hair.

"Well. That doesn't matter. So....tell me. Did something happen to you so you don't remember?" I say changing the topic. I felt something stab at my heart when her expression changes to sadness. She smiles. That's her. Always smiling through the pain. I sigh mentally and feel the urge to smoke.

"Yeah...I got into an accident. I don't remember when and what happened. But I woke up in the hospital. The doctor said I got amnesia because of it" she say as if that's the most casual thing that could ever happen.

Y/n shrugs and grab her coffee and drink it slowly. I look at her, wondering how the hell am I supposed to respond to that. I sigh and opened my mouth to speak but she cut me off.

"That's your third sigh. Are you sleepy or bored?" I heard her speak cutting through my thoughts once again.

"Right...I forgot how observant she is..." I thought getting annoyed at the fact she was always one step ahead of me. Always observing and dealing with the situation without violence.

Although if I didn't know her from the past I would've that, that's a good thing. But no. She uses this fact to her advantage. I remember how she made a grown ass man cry for even looking at her in an inappropriate way.

"I remember. When you made a grown man cry" I suddenly blurt out and sip my coffee as if it's the most casual thing ever. She doesn't look surprised. She shrugs.

"So you know you have a sharp tongue eh?" I say in disbelief, looking at her dumbfounded.

"Yes. I know. I get that a lot. How did you know?" She say. She is suspicious of me. I can definitely see that. I sigh and shrug.

"I just can tell. Well. If you are done with your coffee. Let's leave. It's getting late" I say changing the topic quickly though a part of me hoped to tell her about us and our past but it's better if she doesn't know.

She look down at her coffee and nod. I stand up and walk to the exit expecting her to follow. I heard her quick footsteps approaching and I open the door and step out not waiting for her.

"I need a cigarette so bad. This is too much" I thought as I walk to the exit of the park.

"Can you wait I have short legs!" I heard her voice from behind filled with irritation. She is agitated. I smile.

"No." I simply say and walk to the parking lot. "Ah. I forgot. I don't have a ride"  I thought annoyed. I sigh and run my fingers through my hair irritated. "This day doesn't want to end on good." I thought irritated. I grab the pack of cigarettes from my pocket and put one cigarette in my mouth. I light up the cigarette and start to relax a little when I heard footsteps approaching. "Oh I forgot about her."

I turn to look at her to see her holding... flower? I take a drag of my cigarette filling my lungs with the smoke then exhale making a cloud of smoke between us. I saw her nose scrunch and her expression shifts to one of disgust. She moves away from the smoke and rub her nose.

"Where did you get this?" I say motioning for the flower. I saw her smile. The same kind of smile she would give to her stupid boyfriend from the past. Hopefully he learned his lesson and stayed away from what's mine.

"What am I thinking." I thought shaking my head to clear those thoughts away.

"From the guard at the exit. He said he saw me at the cafe and want-

"Did you give him your number?"
