Chapter 1 - Cheating

Tomorrow something amazing will happen to me and that's getting married to my boyfriend Nicolas Abes the man of my dreams, we met back in a university party and dated each other since, our relationship became  official when I moved in with him, Nicolas is so good to me and I know he's the one for me, this may sound cliché but he's my soulmate and this I tell you with so much surety.

"There's the bride to be" Asher my dad said making his presence known, he walked into his study where I am as I looked at baby pictures, "Hey dad" I said with a smile, dad smiles and kisses my cheek then sat down next to me, "Look at Daniel and Daniella all covered in sun screen" Dad pointed laughing at a baby picture of my older twin siblings, I laughed along with him then the two devils appeared along with Britney our mom. "Looking at baby pictures again?" Daniel asked, "Why do you love looking at our dark past Cordelia?" Daniella asked dramatically making me laugh, "Because we look cute" I answer, "Anyway my love, I have something for you" mom says hiding something behind her back getting my attention, I close the photo book.

Mom smiles wide and gives me my old passport, I got it looking at her in confusion but my confusion turned to excitement when I saw what was inside, inside are two plane tickets to Spain, "No way! Nicolas has always wanted to Spain, thank you so much mom" I beam hugging her, "Your welcome love, you can fly to Spain whenever you want" mom added, "I'll go show him now" I kiss my family goodbye and got in my car and drove Nicolas and my apartment parking my car away from the house because I intend not to stay long.

I type in the code and entered our apartment, "Shit I forgot the passport" I close the door shut and went to the passport from my car then went back to find Nicolas car parked making me smile, I went to our apartment and found the door open and his jacket on the floor but what terrified me the most is a trail of both his clothes and a woman's clothes leading to our room. My heart was pounding as I heard noises coming from there, I forced myself to walk all the way to our bedroom door and slightly opening the door to peek through and covered my mouth while I gasped, Right before my eyes is my naked fiancé slamming into my naked best friend Gwen, tears started rolling down my eyes as I watch the two people I love dearly betray me like it's nothing.

"What do think Cordelia will do when she finds out what we're doing?" Gwen asked teasingly out of breath, "She won't find out. This will be another one of our dirty little secrets" my eyes widened at what Nicolas said, so they've been doing this for long time? I gently closed the door and weakly walked to the kitchen counter my legs stumbling, I held the counter for support and to catch my breath, tears were blinding my vision. I went to the fridge to get a full wine bottle and drunk it then walked to the car carrying the wine bottle with me, as soon as I entered my car I cried like I've never cried before and screamed not even caring that I'm making noise with the car horn, getting my shit together I took a sip of the wine and drove to a place where I decide exact my revenge.

Suddenly it started to rain and you guessed it, my car broke down and I cured when it couldn't start, "Oh fucking great!" I shouted then got out of the car, after walking for a few hours I reached Alekséi's place and in front of me stood three guards dressed in suits, "Can I help you Miss?" The man in the middle asked, "I want to see Alekséi, tell him Cordelia Moskal wants to see him" The man stared at me then got his phone putting it to his ear, "Boss. Cordelia Moskal wants to see you" he informed then hung up and turned to me, "You may enter" I thanked the man and walked past him.

"What's my best friend's fiancée doing here during night time and all soaked?" Alekséi teased, dressed in a red silk robe and his raven hair tied into a messy bun behind, "I'm not his fiancée anymore" I spat, Alekséi raised his brow in shock, "Oh? So you just came here personally to tell me?" I bit my lip and shook my head at his question not looking at him, "I want you to sleep with me" I blurted out not daring to look at him. "Look me in the eyes and say that again Cordelia" Alekséi ordered dominantly, I mustered up all my courage and looked him in his eyes, "I want you to sleep with me" I repeated this time with my eyes on him, Alekséi stared at me and smirked, "Now isn't that cheating Miss Moskal?" He questioned teasingly making me scoff.
