⌗ COVID, U SUCK

covid is at it's peak, and mayu has somehow caught covid. she's not sure how she got it, as she's barely left the house, but she caught it and now she's suffering.

her head is throbbing, she can barely talk or swallow, she can't breathe out her nose and she has a concerning fever; how great!

"mayu, are you okay?" taehyun asked from outside her door. the members were constantly checking on and taking care of mayu from a distance, which she appreciated.

"i feel like i'm dying." mayu groggily said. taehyun chuckled a bit. "you're not dying, silly." he said as he placed soup and medicine in front of her door. "yeonjun hyung made you soup. it's in front of your door with some medicine. make sure you eat and take the medicine, kay?" mayu responded with an ok and retrieved the soup and medicine once taehyun left.

**2 hour time skip**

"yah, mayu has been really quiet. i'm going to check on her." said the worried leader, soobin. he made his way to mayus room, knocking on her door. no response. he knocked again, still no response. "mayu?" soobin said worryingly,
opening her door.

to his relief, she was just asleep. the medicine probably knocked her out. "god, you always have me worried, mayu." soobin said, smiling at the girls sleeping figure. he quietly made his way to mayus desk, taking the dirty dishes out the room.

"is she good?" yeonjun asked. "she's okay... had me worried for a second. the medicine knocked her out, that's all."

"poor thing. she has the worst luck i swear." taehyun said.

"if i could give her all the belly rubs in the world to make her feel better, i would. i hate not being able to see her." huening kai said, sulking.

**1 day timeskip**

the members had to go to the company to practice. despite covid being a thing, they took all the proper precautions to ensure their safety. since mayu has covid, she obviously can't go.

"mayu, psst, wake up." huening kai said, trying to wake her up. mayu slowly opened her eyes and groaned, covering her eyes right after because the sun was hurting her head.

"hey, we have to go to the company. there's food in your mini fridge, and medicine on your desk. if you need anything, please text us, okay?" huening kai told the girl who was trying hard to not fall back asleep. she nodded her head and fell right back asleep, huening kai smiling. he closed her curtains and her door, leaving.

a couple hours later, mayu woke up, nauseous. she ran to the bathroom, throwing up. "shit" she groaned, grabbing her phone

mayu groaned. she was so exhausted and she felt like her body was giving out on her. after throwing up again, she curled up into a ball, falling asleep on the bathroom floor.

"mayu? where are you?" taehyun yelled, his overprotectiveness kicking in. he checked the whole dorm, just to find mayu unconscious on the bathroom floor.

"mayu!" taehyun yelled, the other members running to see what happened. "what the fuck happened?" yeonjun asked. taehyun shook mayu, trying to wake her up.

mayu groaned as she slowly woke up. "wh-what happened?" she asked, confused.

"you're really sick, mayu. come on, let's get you cleaned up."

yeonjun helped clean mayu up, helping her to her bed.

mayu was now in bed, all the members attending to her. as long as the members are there, mayu was going to feel better. and they'll make sure of it.
