(Mary's POV)
It's Wedding day! I am so excited and yet nervous because anything can go wrong. "Mary you got a letter from Jonathan." My best friend says coming in and over to me as I was sat getting my hair done. "Oh." I say taking it and open it to read it curious on what he wrote and tear up at the sentiment behind it. The letter reads: "My dearest Mary, I am so glad that today of all days I get to call you my wife and we can spend the rest of our lives together. You and I have been through so much together and that has made us stronger and better people and pulled us closer to god. You are my everything and I cannot wait for you to become my wife and start a brand new life with you. I pray that god grants us the faith, courage, love and patients that we need to be together forever. I cannot wait to see you in a three hours. I love you. Your fiancé Jonathan." The note says as I finish reading the letter.

"Mary, are you okay?" My bridesmaid asks snapping me out of my trance. "I'm fine. Sorry Jonathan's letter just got to me a bit. He's so sweet." I say smiling and stand up putting the letter into my bag. "He is a good man. You're lucky I didn't do your makeup yet. Now let's get to it then it's dress time." My best friend says doing my makeup. I let her then stand and go put my dress on before walking out fully ready. "Oh wow." My bridesmaids say looking at me. "You look pretty aunt Mary." My niece who was my flower girl say seeing me. "Thank you." I say smiling putting my heels on and then my veil as my wedding planner comes in. "Alright ladies it's time." She says smiling causing everyone to line up and head down the stairs to where my future husband was waiting.

The procession starts and I stand all the way in the back in the corner and take deep breaths playing with my flowers nervous. "You will be fine. Just breathe and walk." That's all you have to do." My maid of honor says before going down the aisle. I nod and take one more deep breath before heading down the aisle. Walking down the aisle feels like forever but it only took two minutes and I was finally in front of my fiancé. Jonathan stands there smiling and holds out his hand to help me up so I was standing next to him as I give my flowers to my best friend.

"Family and Friends we are gather here today to marry this Man Jonathan Blair and this woman Mary Phillips. Today is a day for celebrations. Now who gives this man to be wed to this woman?" Our priest asks looking at everyone. "His mother and I do." My new in-laws say standing up and then sit down. "And who gives this woman to be wed to this man?" Our priest asks turning towards me. I look over at my mom as she stands up. "I do." She says before sitting back down again. "Fantastic. Now I've know Jonathan for many years and I have watched him grow and develop into a good and strong man who has devoted his life to god and now is devoting his life to this young woman. Mary I've know for four years and I have watched her grow in the lord and has devoted her life to serving him and now devoting her life to this young man. Jonathan you are now taking on a new responsibility of becoming a husband to this woman. Are you willing to take on that roll?" Our priest asks turning to him. "I do." He says smiling and looks at him then me.

I smile and blush looking at him then at the priest. "Mary are you willing to accept that your life will no longer be your own and will have to take on the responsibility of this man?" He asks turning towards me. "I do." I say smiling. "Let it be known that Mary and Jonathan have agreed to accept each other as one people. Now we will do the vows." Our pastor says handing us each our letters. We take them and open the letters up before reading each of them. Jonathan goes first and reads his letter and I stand there looking at him listening to what he wrote me and see him get emotional. I smile and gently stroke his cheek with my hand after he finishes reading letting him know he did great and that I love him before reading my vows and start to cry a bit having to compose myself a few times. "May I have the rings?" Our priest says and takes the rings from our friends. We take the rings and wait. "Now Jonathan take Mary's left hand and repeat after me. With this ring I thee wed." He says looking at Jonathan. "With this ring I thee wed." He says taking my hand and puts the ring halfway on it. "I Jonathan Blair promise to love, honor, and cherish this woman." Our priest continues. "I Jonathan Blair promise to love, honor, and cherish this woman." He states. "In sickness and in health till death do us part." Our priest finishes. "In sickness and in health till death do us part." He says. "Great. You can put the ring on her finger fully now." He says nodding at Jonathan. Jonathan slides it on and joins it with my engagement ring. "Now Mary same thing with you." Our priest says turning to me.  "With this ring I thee wed. I Mary Phillips promise to love, honor, and cherish this man in sickness and in health till death do us part." I say repeating him and put on Jonathan's ring. "By the grace of god and the power vested in me and the State of Pennsylvania I do hear by announce Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Blair. You may now kiss your wife." Our priest says. Jonathan doesn't waist anytime and pulls me into him and kisses me gently. I smile and fall into him and kiss back the same way before pulling away and look at him. "Please join the happy couple at Sight and Sound for the reception." Our priest says smiling as Jonathan and I walk down the aisle as a married couple.
