ALL of this is simply baffling. Tens or even hundreds had their username including your name in it! Have you unintentionally started a fan club? Although in this scenario the word "cult" fits better in your opinion.

Not even hours have passed and people have formed a fan club about you. This is all too deranged to bare! Especially your eyes had laid upon some unhinged comments.

Having enough of this and trying to prevent your eyes from taking further damage, you punch the computer.

Well. At least the evidence is destroyed? You doubt MonoTv have the skill to recover the data in it and if he did..... your time has come.

Teruko and Charles stood at the doorway stunned by the sight of you depressingly laying your head on the desk while a visible broken computer laid broken at the floor.

“Um. You alright [Y/N]? ” Teruko inquired as her footsteps got closer and closer. You didn't need to turn your head to know her face held a concerned expression.

“Definitely not. Who in their right mind would punch a computer? ” You wish you could punch him. Ignoring Charles, you look up and answered Teruko.

“Yeah, just got agitated that there's no way to access the internet and reach for outside help. ” a lie that you came up on the spot.

Charles let out a "hm" and walked to another computer while Teruko nodded her head in understanding. Charles turn the computer on and your words were indeed true, there was no internet nor a file browser. There were some various apps he clicked through, unfortunately there were mostly games.

“What's interesting is that some of these monitors are connected to DVD readers. ”

“Oh, that's true. These are DVD readers over here too, right? ” Teruko pointed at the "DVD readers". You glanced over at where Teruko is pointing and buried your head into your arms. Nothing interesting, might as well take some time to check out the LIVE again.

Closing your eyes, a screen popped up in your head. You want to see how everyone's doing, yet your attention moved to the chat instead.

“Man I want whatever [Y/N] having rn tbh ”

“Nah I want to know what's her workout routine. Like how does someone acquired such strength? ”

“Frr ”

“Don't know if I want to be her or be with her 😕”

“Probably the latter option unless you want to experience trauma and possibly death ”

“I'd let her kill me and thank her for it. ”

On second thought.. Teruko and Charles are much interesting to look at. You opened your eyes and turned your head to where Teruko and Charles are-

... And Charles is calling Teruko stupid and claiming those are CD readers. Charles could've said it a bit more nicely but okay. You didn't come here to do with this bullshit. Moreover, you're tired and almost out of energy.

Charles continued to rambled on on how DVD and CD readers are different, you tune out on it, it's not like it's really that important anyway. (Oooo foreshadow. )

A yawn escaped your lips and your eyes got teary. You wiped it off with your fingers and realized they're both looking at you.

“... What? Can a person not yawn? ” You stared blankly.

“Um we were wondering if you like to come with us? ” Teruko nervously asked. Normally she wouldn't have any problem asking you these type of question, however it's very different when someone who you clearly don't like, is here.

(I swear I don't hate Charles, I really like him. Don't cancel me pls. )

“Don't say as if I have any involvement in this. ”

“Right...... but you did. ”

Without much thinking, you agreed. You shall grace them with your presence. In reality, you just want to avoid facing MonoTv after you gently broke the TV. You hope he won't be frustrated by it too much. Thinking about it, he'll probably be. It's not your fault though, you should tell MonoTv to get some leash for some of his veiwers.
