NIKO is currently having a hard time to muster out a word and you're clueless about it. Did I ever mention you're really bad at reading people's emotions? Yes? Okay just saying. Since Niko is being quiet, you pondered if you've said something wrong.
"... Did I say something wrong? " You inquired. Communication is key to a healthy relationship as the saying goes. That being said, if Niko didn't want to say what's on they're mind, you won't pressed the issue further. At least you tried.
"No... It's just I don't know how to reply to that.. b-but I'm really happy you're very understanding. "
You replied with a nod and a friendly smile. Next thing you know, silence ensued. You fidgeted with the crochet hook in your hands and awkwardly trying to make something. Yet, the conversations doesn't start start on its own so you ask a question that's been on your mind.
"By the way, what makes you seek for me? I don't believe you said it yourself did you? "
Niko jolts in their seats before turning away and mumbling something. Your eyesights may be horrendous but your hearings are brilliant! Although you felt like this wasn't a good time to boast about it because what you've heard sounded like a bad thing.
