Coming home from her exhausting day of school, y/n decided to study up on the script. She had a passion for performing, it was an excuse to act different from herself while having fun. But this group took away all of that fun, or, I should say, Gojo Satoru.

"There's no way I can pretend to fall in love with this guy, just his face makes me mad." She muttered to herself, alone in her bedroom. She looked over all her parts but one caught her eye in the script.
"The heartbroken and waiter intertwine their fingers affectionately"

If y/n was already upset about it, Gojo was probably breaking walls in his house. "Yeah....we're gonna fail." Y/n sighed deeply and laid down on her bed. "I'll worry about it tomorrow." She turned off her phone and snuggled in her blankets despite all of the assignments she had.

The following day in performing arts

"Are you slow, or what?!" Gojo yelled.
"Excuse me, I'm not the one who's reading a line ahead!" Y/n and Gojo were already bickering at each other and class had just gotten started. ""I'm not even ahead, you're just behi-" Gojo was quickly interrupted by Prayag. "Oh my god, can you guys stop?? Just read through it, you guys are arguing over literally nothing," Prayag was clearly annoyed,  leaving one of his hands on his hip. Gojo quickly defended himself. "Well, I don't know why you thought it was a good idea to pick the roles for us."

"Oh I don't know, maybe because you guys argued over that as well!" The group went silent for a few moments.

"...ok fine. I will try to get along with him as long as he puts in the effort too." Y/n tried to settle it with an agreement. Gojo rolled his eyes but reluctantly agreed. "Okay. Now let's try this again." Prayag ordered before getting into position.

"I'm so sorry y/n, I know this isn't the best setting to tell you, but, I just need time. I've been going through a lot and...I think we need to end our relationship here."

"Prayag wait, we can work this out, you can't give up so easily."

"I've already found the one for me, y/n, and I doesn't feel right keeping this going. I'm sorry. I hope you find someone else who will make you happy."

"But...okay, fine. I understand...I hope she makes you happy."

"Thank you for understanding, y/n." Prayag and y/n hug.

"Ok, and done." Gojo stopped them, a bit annoyed he had no scenes with Prayag. "Y/n your voice just isn't right for heartbreak." Gojo stated trying not to be rude, but did anyway. "Didn't we just agree to be nice??" Y/n already getting upset. "Not in a mean way, but there's not much despair in the voice, you sound too dramatic, if you know what I'm saying." Y/n thought for a moment, thinking of what she could do to change it. "You think if I choked up a bit, it would be better?"
"Yeah actually. That's a good idea"

Prayag's eyes widened, did the two of them just agree on something? He smiled, until he realized what was next. The heartbroken and waiter page. "And...it's your scene next Gojo." Prayag said with a hint of worry. "I'm ready." Gojo was oddly confident.

"What's the matter? A pretty girl shouldn't find herself crying alone in a restaurant." Maybe it was the way Gojo spoke or because he's good looking, but Prayag could not deny the skipped beat inside his heart. Almost like those words were meant for him. Even y/n noticed, maybe acting was in Gojos blood, it seemed so natural.

"I-im sorry, I look like a total mess...I didn't expect my night to go this way."

"No reason to apologize, I'm willing to lend an ear. It seems like you need someone to talk to."

The heartbroken wipes her tears and looks up to get a proper look at the waiter. Y/n's eyes widened, Gojos acting was almost intimidating, his expressions were golden. If she didn't hate him so much, she would've been swept off her feet.

"I-...you're too kind. uh, I appreciate your offer..." The heartbroken feels a warmth bubble up in her stomach. Staring into the waiters eyes.

"I'd like to get to know a lovely women like yourself. Share whatever you're comfortable with." The waiter smiles, and rests their hand on top of the heartbroken.
The end.

Gojo actually did it. And held onto y/n's hand...for about three seconds. "Ok we're done, y/n, I need more infatuation from you. You lack in the love department too." He sighed. Prayag was still in shock, and in a way jealous that it wasn't his hand. "I was thrown off. I didn't expect you to be good at acting." Y/n tried to defend her case. "Of course I'd be, I'm good at everything."

"Except a love life." Y/n scoffed. Gojos rolled his eyes in response. Only a few more minutes remained of class.

"I'll be honest Gojos, you actually ate that. I didn't expect you to be that good either." Prayag's compliment struck an arrow through his heart. "..it was nothing..." Gojos averted eye contact. "Oh, Prayag, can I get your number?" Y/n asked bluntly.

Gojo looked over at her with an annoyed look. "Oh sure."
"Uhh...me too. Can I also get it?" Gojos spoke hesitantly. Prayag scratched the back of his neck, "of course"

"I might as well get yours too Gojo." Said y/n. Gojo looked at her weirdly. "I guess." The three exchanged their numbers. Y/n and Gojos had the same thought in mind.

One step closer to Prayag.

Would this love triangle pose an issue amongst the slowly growing friend group?
