Jimin sat by the bed Jungkook was lying on still unconscious. He looked so pale devoid of any life which scared Jimin a lot. He couldn't lose him. He remembered how the girl and the two other boys helped him send Jungkook to the hospital at Taejoon-dong, but he couldn't stay there for long, he was afraid the police would come looking for them. That's when the girl offered that they should stay at her place. She told him she would make her private doctor take care of Jungkook. The doctor did show up everyday but Jungkook hadn't made any improvement. He was grateful for their help though. He didn't know what he would have done if they hadn't shown up. But why were they helping a total stranger? He hadn't spoken to any of them since they met, he was afraid tears would come out again the moment he spoke. Jungkook was the only one who ever cared for him. His own father couldn't even stand him. To be honest sometimes he envied Jungkook for how much his father loved him. He wished he could feel that love just once. He sighed as he covered his face with his palm. The door opened and the girl from earlier walked in with a tray of pancakes and juice. “You should eat. You haven't eaten anything in the past three days,”she said when she had gained his attention. “I'm not hungry,”he said turning his gaze back to Jungkook, “Why are you even helping us. We are strangers.” “True you are strangers but you needed help and we couldn't just leave you two like that, we had to help.” “That doesn't explain why you were crying.” Y/N sighed and went out of the room coming back with the book of the seven kingdoms. Jimin looked at her with a raised brow. “You want me to read this?” he asked as she nodded. “Can't you just tell me, I'm not a fan of books.” “I'm tired of telling the same story over and over again so just read, I....” “Over and over again? I thought I was the only one you had to narrate to since Namjoon kind of guessed?” she turned around to see Taehyung standing at the doorway. “You.....come with me,”saying this she held onto his hand pulling him with her. Jimin turned his attention to the book and began to read. When he finally got to the last place he frowned. One of the names in the book looked faded., he tried to read it but he couldn't. Just then Y/N also entered. “Nice story. But what does this have to do with what I asked?” “ Geez, I thought you'll understand once you read it,”Y/N said as she sat on a chair on the other side of the bed. “That I'm an ancient prince who was reincarnated with six others?”Jimin stated but it sounded more like a question. “Not just you, him too.” “Jungkook too? But I didn't see his.....” He opened the book and looked at the faded name again. “Prince Kook? Why is it faded?” Y/N frowned and took the book from him frowning when she saw what he was talking about. “ I.....” “Why am I even believing this?” He brushed his hand through his hair letting out a frustrated sigh. “You don't believe it?” “No.” “How do you think I found you?” Y/N asked as Jimin chuckled. “You were probably going for a walk and heard me calling for help,”he stated. “A walk? In the rain?” Y/N asked. Jimin expected her to laugh or even let out a chuckle but she didn't. The three days he had been with her he had never heard her laugh or even seen a genuine smile on her face. It was like a part of her was dead. He used to be like that once when his younger brother died two years ago battling with a heart disease the moment he was born. He felt broken at that time, that's when he met Jungkook. And he did help him heal from his brother's death in just two years, not completely though since he still found himself crying anytime he was alone. He and his brother didn't share the same mother but they were very close. And now Jungkook, he didn't want to lose him too.“I felt it when he was in danger,”she said as Jimin raised his head to look at her. “I am the new guardian of the seven kingdoms. I had a vision that day and I saw you two in the alley and he was dying so I came to look for you and for the crying.....I don't know,it just felt like I was losing someone close to me again. I don't know why since I haven't met you before but I think it has to do with me being the guardian of your kingdoms,”she said with a shrug and began to walk towards the door. “And please eat your breakfast,”she said as she finally walked out of the room. Jimin stared at the food she had left behind. He would be lying if he said he wasn't hungry. He took the tray and began eating and in a minute everything was gone. He didn't know if he should believe her. Maybe he should, besides he had nowhere to go. But the book said he is supposed to have abilities or something but he didn't have any. According to the book he was supposed to be able to transform into a dragon and also enchant people with his looks. For the looks part he could clarify it. It had always been easy for him to take information from other gangs so easily but now that he thought of it , it made sense why they were always willing to tell him even their darkest secret without him even saying anything. But the dragon? Aren't dragons fictional creatures? “Gosh now I'm believing in a story.” He placed his head on the bed as he groaned. “Please Kookie, wake up soon.”
