Part 5

Taylor POV

Today was going to be the worst day of my life. I had to say goodbye to my boyfriend and my best friends. Stormie drove the others and i to the airport. No one really talked the whole ride there or even when we were waiting for the plane to start boarding . Eventually the time came to say goodbye I hugged them one by one and said goodbye until Riker and Ross were left. Riker leaned down and kissed me.

"Bye babe." He said.

"Bye Riker." I said a tear slipping out of my eye.

"Don't cry." he said while wiping another tear away and giving me another kiss.

then he boarded and it was just Ross and i left alone " I'm going to miss you like crazy" i said and i could hear my voice crack.

" I'm gonna miss you too" he said then he gave me a gigantic hug.

"love you" i say then he kisses me on the cheek and whispers in my ear

" i wish you meant that." and now its his voice that's wavering, i stood there unable to respond and he turned to leave. He got on the plane and i watched it take off. I walked back to the car with Stormie.

"Are you okay?" She asks me NO I want to reply my bestfriend just told me that he loves me and oh i don't know that's a small problem because I'm DATING HIS BROTHER and ohh thats right he's your son and that could pose A SMALL PROBLEM. but what i said is " yeah I'm fine." my voice wavering slightly but i tried to cover it with a cough.

we got back to our houses and the i realised that i had done Ross and I's assignment in his notebook. I walked back next door and Stormie let me in. I walked into Ross's room and started to look for the notebook. I flipped through many different notebooks until i came across one that had something that said Taylor's song. I began to read the lyrics. I realised that they were the lyrics to the song Ross wrote and preformed the other night. Did he really love me? I can't have feelings for him.

Ross's POV.

I didn't mean to say that to her it was a complete and utter accident. What if this ruins everything? I looked over at Riker. What if Riker actually likes her? I've probably messed everything up.

Taylor's POV

I was watching the mortal instruments to try and cheer me up like it usually did. Isaw my favourite character Simon and thought about how stupid Clary was for being with Jace. Suddenly it hit me just like Simon to Clary Ross had always been there for me. Without even thinking i called Ross. He picked up after a few rings.

"Hey Taylor im so sorry about what i sai-" I cut him off.

"I love you." I said and then hung up.
