I threw open my closet and stood looking at it's contents for about a whole 5 minutes. "I have nothing to wear." You finally say. Ellie, your best friend, pushes past you and grabs a cute shirt with a cat on that you've only worn two times. "What about this?" "This? For a party?" "Georgina...You've got no one to impress. Just wear the shirt and everyone is happy." I slipped on the shirt and it does look good. I wonder why I hadn't worn it all the time.
I walked into the house where the party is and it's almost wall-to-wall people. Very claustrophobic. Me and Ellie made our way to the kitchen in hopes of getting a small bite to eat. The atmosphere of the party isn't wild and crazy, but slow going. There's a guy in a white shirt and black jeans standing by the bar. Ellie walks up to him and grabs some kind of very pizza I just ordered a bag of crisps. I stood around being a bit awkward while Ellie had a chat with her friend Bethany. It's all very awkward and I felt like going home. "Ellie! Can I use your phone? My just died." A curly haired boy walks up to Ellie. She groans and pulls her phone out of her pocket. I nudge Ellie in her arm. "Who's this?" I ask. "Oh, It's just my cousin. Harry." Harry gave me a dazed grin and stared at me. He finally held out his hand, "I'm Harry."
"I'm Georgina" "Well, Georgina I hope to see you again soon. Yeah?" "Sounds good." When he's gone I turned to Ellie who looks bored. "Ellie! Why didn't you introduce him to me before?" "Because he's my younger annoying cousin. I didn't think anyone liked him..." "Well I like him." Ellie laughed, "Why don't you go and talk to him then?" "Could I?" "Do whatever you want. I'm not your mother." I walked up to Harry who is surrounded by 4 other boys. "Oh, hey Georgina." "Hi." "Boys, I would like to introduce you to Georgina. I think she'll be spending loads more time with us."
